Any experience I have with Lazy Boy is always excellent. Becky & Tom always treat me with patience and professionalism. This time around was the first time I've used the free design services. Sidney was fantastic! She came to my home and built design plans off of what we were able to tell her we wanted. This is a new build so there was no flooring, no paint, or anything else on the walls yet. The design came out beautifully and we can't wait to see it all put together in our space. I know it will last a long time as the quality is always outstanding.

I stopped by to check on some pieces that I had purchased a few years ago. I wanted to see about an end table and coffee table to match.
The two sales associates were very helpful and knowledgeable about my inquiry.
They offered up helpful information and answered all my questions.
I even bought two Christmas pillows that I didn’t need but they had pointed out to me were on clearance sale. Thank you for your assistance.
