The staff is always very nice and personable. If you don't have an appointmen, the wait can be very long. Since making appointments and doing the "wait where your comfortable" it allows me to sit in my car and wait for my appointment, skip the crowded waiting room. Parking can be hard, too, if it's busy.

Do not use online check in. Sat in my truck as instructed by the confirmation from Labcorp I had received for 40 minutes before going in to find out what was going on. A packed room of people waiting only to find Mounties last in line because their computer system wasn’t working.

This used to be my go to lab for the last 6 years. After the treatment of the last two years, I've decided to stop going. I'm usually the first or second person in the door. Only to wait for at least 45 minutes to be seen for routine labs. Watching everyone who came in after me be seen and leave before they ever call my name. I make an appointment, and it's still the same. First one in, and the last one to be seen.

Unbelievable wait. I arrived for almost an hour to just get a blood work done. The room was lot of people waiting but it seems like no one care.

They go to lunch at 12:30 to 1:30. The website says 1-2pm. Got here at 12:30 for nothing.

Called ahead to get some test work done and was told walk ins are accepted until 430. When I got there several help desk employees were sitting chatting and told me to sign in at a kiosk. By the time I was done setting up it was 4:02 and they turned me away saying they stop doing tests at 4:00. Worst staff!!

Been there twice in the last two months no problem in and out very quickly. Easy check in with no appointment.

Horrible experience with Tracey! She was very unprofessional! She was irritated that I came in after 4pm and made that known, even though I didn't see anything that said no appointments after 4. The other lady that was helping me couldn't find my veins, so she yelled for Tracey to come and help. She came in there slapping my arm to get my veins to pop, she compared that to pissing teenagers off! I still have a big bruise on my arm and it's been over a week. She also made a comment about that's what I get for coming in so late (meaning why she was slapping my arm). Just very unprofessional and definitely will not be going back to that location because of her.

I really wish No Stars was an option, maybe even -1 Star.
This place is horrible for patient experience. Drive an additional 20 minutes to avoid this place.

Always A good experience. Fast, efficient professional. Staff are pleasant. Never had a bad experience there. Have been going for years.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Clean. They do have a computer inside the front door they expect you to check in with it upon arrival.

I came to this location after a different place (not related to LabCorp) administered the wrong blood test series. I have gone to a couple in Cincinnati and had wonderful experiences so I thought I’d try up here, too. I was greeted by a very sweet and knowledgeable lady at the front desk. She was also the one that did my blood work. Luanne, you were very sweet and nice to talk to. Thank you for your help during this process! Very painless and made me feel so comfortable. I drove 30 minutes up here and was absolutely not disappointed. Highly recommend this location!!!

I came here for my work-based drug screening. This Labcorp has super fast service and excellent customer service.
