I called Larricks one morning with what I almost considered an emergency. A file we had purchased 8-10 years ago decided to stay closed and I could not get to some very important papers I needed. They were most kind, sent someone right out and fixed the problem for me. What a great company!

Carla was fantastic! I should have gone the Larrick's first, but I ended up there. They had the best options for me. They worked with me and I got exactly what I wanted in a very timely manner. I bought a 'built to last a lifetime desk' that I didn't see anywhere in the Dayton area, and I went to many locations. I got my desk sooner than expected and delivery was flawless. Rob D

I called today to get a price for some filing cabinets. No sales person was available according to the gentleman who answered the phone. He could not give me a quote and generally treated the call as if I am not a serious buyer. Do better.

Just had a very unpleasant experience with Les Lomax at Uniques Unlimited / Larrick's Warehouse. I called about purchasing chairs for FilmDayton and he gave me options and agreed to sell me a lot of 27 used chairs for $500. I agreed and he said he'd write up the invoice and call me back to get payment and arrange delivery. He called back and said it going to be $625. I said we'd agreed on $500 and he said he didn't have a calculator when he quoted me. I asked him to honor his quote and he told me no, it was his mistake but it would be $625.

Spoke with Les's boss this morning, which also happens to be his wife and she said that she would not honor the $500 price, Les wasn't authorized to offer that, then tried to say I must of heard wrong, and ended with saying she didn't want my business. Don't worry I'll never shop there again!

Very good selection, good prices, and a good scratch and dent department for certain show models. They were also able to spot install a keyboard slide under the scratch desk I purchased. When moving my desk was a bit harder than I expected, they offered great help at a great price

Giant sign on the highway says they're open on Saturdays. Small sign by door says they're closed.
