I was very excited when I found the Lexus with the specs I had been looking for. The car is fantastic, the experience with the dealership was not. Getting my paperwork to register the car was awful. The manager Matt was horrible and does not respond. I traveled 3.5 to get the car and am fortunate that my local Lexus dealership is awesome. I just wish they would have had this one on their lot!

Had been looking for a used 2023 Outlander PHEV and found a few in other states I would have to fly to. Then found one in Dayton a couple hours away. Began dealing with Todd S. by text and then on phone. The price was higher than some others but then Todd let me know they had lowered the price. I asked him LOTS of questions and he always got back to me right away. Decided to buy but told him could not get up there for a few days. He said they don't hold cars but since I sent him a photo of check he would check with manager. Called back and agreed to hold it. When arrived Todd let us take it for quick test drive. Car was better than the photos. He and Brian G. quickly got everything ready and processed paperwork. Brian was very easy to work with on all paperwork. Was on the road in about 90 minutes. I have bought many cars from out of state, mostly from private sellers. Had several negative experiences with dealerships. But this was one of best I have had at a dealership. I would highly recommend them if you are in market for a pre-owned car!

Purchased a car from Todd S. Back in September and now December, they still can't find the title to my car. They are inept as can be here and won't call you back. I didn't trade in a car but they keep saying I have to give them the title to my trade. I asked the sales manager, Matt S, to call me 4 times over a month and he won't call back. I then spoke with Tonja who is very good but couldn't help me. Passed me on to Aaron F, the general manager and after calling 3 times, he won't return my call. Lexus used to be solid but these guys are here to sell and will not help you after they screw up. You'd get better service and help at many other dealerships who will actually value you. I ended up opening a case with Brand Relations to see if they can get these morons to do their job. Very pathetic excuse for humans. BUY ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! That or you can go through this as well.

Been 3 months since canceled service plan within their 60 day free cancelation full refund .Manager matt never returns my calls nothing but silence .Left message for gm Aaron no return call yet.Very unprofessional never deal with lexus of Dayton again

I bought a lower priced car there with some damage for my job. I like the car and the price. I did not bother them at all about all the add ons or anything , they all can be cancelled anyway. Some of them you do have to go threw the paper work at the finance person that made your loan. I came in from out of town 125 miles' one way ready to pay for a delivery. So the sales person told me he would have somebody bring it to me at my home. Never happened. 4 weeks later I went to pick it up with paid driver. If you try to contact anyone after a sale it is not going to be easy. I'm just a middle class retired person that needed a good priced car for work. I can't say they care about anyone that shops there so keep it in mind. It cost me lost time from work to buy a car there. They also sent me home with unregistered 30 day tags. There car dealer's go figure.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT shop here. You will regret it later. They do not properly inspect vehicles before selling them and will give you grief if you ask them to fix anything. Trust me save yourself time and frustration and continue your vehicle search at other locations.

Misrepresented vehicles options, Shane refused to listen to my wife when she was explaining it to them, argued about it and refused to listen to her again when she state the floor boards were wet and she said whatever but to be careful so it doesnt mold, also stated when my wife wanted to test drive," You know this is a manual right?" Then tried to laugh it off, we also look at prices and other sources and we felt via KBB and Nada website it was over priced. And then argued about it being priced even though he didnt even know what the options in that vehicle are.... how are you going to say its priced correctly if you have no idea whats in it... be very cautious with this place.

I thought I had a wonderful experience at the Lexus of Dayton Pre-Owned store but two weeks later I’ve changed my mind. Ricardo was easy to work with on my trade-in as well as the vehicle I was purchasing. He deserves 5 stars. The rest of the place deserves 1 star.They were supposed to email the paperwork to me and I had to call several times before they sent it to me.Two weeks later they still haven’t paid off the vehicle I traded in. They don’t seem to be able to complete the entire sale satisfactorily. Once the customer has signed the papers they completely drop the ball.

I will never purchase a car from here again. I would actually willingly pay a few thousand more dollars for the same car at a different dealership than have to work with this dealership again. My purchase of my certified preowned Lexus was nothing but difficult and took 7 weeks to get everything completed and sorted out. What should be a seamless, easy, and enjoyable experience was a shockingly long, difficult, and unnecessary series of events especially from a luxury car dealer and especially given the price people are paying for these cars.Some of the hardships I ran into specifically:- Advertised car mileage was 3k miles under the actual mileage in the car (definitely double check this - don’t believe blindly what’s posted online)- The car was not cleaned/detailed as it should have been. Had to specifically ask for several things to be done then once I took the car home, realized the glove compartment was filled with dirt and leaves (how?) and the floor mats were covered in some type of oil that got all over shoes, clothes, purses, etc. if they came in contact. Ended up doing a good amount of cleaning on my own to remedy these issues.- Was not given any car manuals after purchase. Had to contact the dealer for a week to eventually get them to ship me the manual.- Was not given any overview of the features or optional elements to turn on/off of the car. Did my own research to look into the safety features and options, CarPlay, etc.- Purchased the LoJack option and was never provided instructions on how to turn this on or use it. Was eventually sent a contract a month after purchase which I chose not to sign, simply so I would have no ties to this dealer anymore.- Secured my own financing prior to purchase and Aaron (GM) said he could get me a better rate so I agreed. After two hours of waiting, he came back with a higher rate than what I had. There were also several errors in the contract that I had to correct prior to signing.- My loan documents were never filed/finalized by the dealer. Which I found out after calling the bank and discovering a loan for my car did not exist. Had to sign all contract forms again and the loan did not end up getting finalized until 7 weeks after the purchase date of the car. Unacceptable.During this 7 week process, I was in touch with several different people at Lexus of Dayton. The financing manager I worked with and the used car manager I worked with both left the dealership shortly after the car purchase. Does not speak well to their turnover rate. I specifically asked to speak with Aaron (GM) who was there when I purchased the car to remedy the issues. I never once heard from him after the initial date I purchased the car. Not one word. I did end up working with David, the newly hired used car manager, who had started just two weeks after my car purchase and unfortunately inherited this mess of a sale. David was very responsive to my calls and I believe did his best to remedy the situation. However, in no case should it ever be this difficult or this arduous of a process to purchase a luxury vehicle.I don’t trust this dealership or especially Aaron the GM at all. I would strongly advise anyone to not waste your time and do not purchase from this dealership. If you dig into the reviews you’ll see that I’m not the only one who’s had these same sort of issues with this dealer.

I had a great experience buying at Lexus of Dayton. Ricardo was fantastic from the first phone call through the drive off the lot in my newly purchased car. The entire team at Lexus of Dayton made my trip from out of town to pickup the car seamless. I will absolutely be watching the website and reach out to Ricardo when I am ready for my next car.

I had a great experience buying my Dodge Challenger RT! The price of the vehicle was well within market value, so I didn't bother haggling on that. My salesman, Ricardo, was outstanding! He listened to all my needs. He was in constant communication. He even gave me a call when I accidentally forgot my temporary registration on his desk(whoops)! Glad I didn't have to drive an hour one way to get that back! Financing was smooth sailing and the little I did have to wait was very comfortable. I was even fed lunch!Just note: This dealership installs LoJack on all their vehicles, they charge you for it, and they will not uninstall it. I wasn't interested in purchasing the LoJack system for the car since I live in an area where auto theft is pretty uncommon. Instead, I haggled in some free service items that covered the cost. It was a fair trade to me.Overall, if I need to buy another car, I'd check out their lot for anything of interest!

Bought a car from here April 1st and had a ten day pay off that never got paid because the check bounced. They never contacted me or tried to get ahold of me to even tell me this. You try to get ahold of them and they give you the run around or nobody answers there phones. Wont ever do business with them again if they cant even contact you and atleast keep you updated on whats going on. Terrible customer service!!!!!
