That old man in there is very rude went to get my kid a jersey he’d seen days before patiently waited cause there was a lot of ppl in there finally got to me and he was not welcoming then when I said I’ll just get a shirt cause kids can never make up their minds , he snatches the jersey then makes a rude remark so I put the shirt back and went to Dick’s they had the jersey for the same price. There are no excuses for anyone to be rude to anyone period these old ppl getting out of hand these days.

Falsely advertised a section of hats at 2 for $30. None of the hats were on sale like the sign said. Total came to $57, so we confronted the casier about the sign. Cashier could see it clear as day, but offered zero help. Way to turn business away!

This is my negative experience with LIDS that I would like to share. This is the first time I have ever wrote a negative review for a business, but I feel that the customer service (or NO SERVICE) with this company was extremely awful at every level. On 09/20/2014 I purchased a hat for my 3 year old son, brought it home had him try it on and it did not fit. The part that I take full responsibility with is that I spilled water on the bar code part of the receipt, but everything else was legible. So, on 09/21/2014 I attempted to return and exchange this hat for another more expensive hat. When I came back to the store I had to wait at the door for about 20-30 minutes because the store was locked at 3:00 pm on a Sunday. I was first told that “yes†they will exchange the hat, and after a phone call by the sales person to the store manager the answer changed. I was told because the bar code was not scannable they could not exchange the hat. And I was told that they are running a business and nothing could be done to help me. I then called the 800 number for LIDS and was told that a District Manager was going to contact me and I am still waiting for that phone call and resolution to my dilemma. This will be the first and last time I am going to be a costumer with this company.
