They took care of all the funeral arrangements for my papi Charles Holmes . Their professionalism and Compassionate service to the family is rare to find now a days . They walked us through the process and held our hand a long the way.
We thank you Loritts Neilson funeral for everything you’ve done for our family during this time . Losing a loved one is hard and burying them is even harder but everytime we looked up you guys were right there with us , comforting us . We appreciate you so much . Everything was perfect !

In the funeral business you must collect your money at the signing of the contract. Otherwise you will definitely not get paid. Its a known fact throughout the profession. So the funeral director is correct in talking money before picking up the body. That's why medical professionals and lawyers collect up front. Why give the funeral home a bad rap because you can't afford to pay prior to services rendered.

Unfortunately this guy is as unprofessional as they come. He wants to talk about money before picking up the body. Didn't has the audacity to want to shorten the family's time of the services as a part of his customary business model.. After signing a contract he then wants the money 7 days before the funeral indirect conflict with what is agreement both written and verbal requestions.Obviously there's a financial problem as well as a professionalism.Save yourself some stress during one of your hardest times in life and go somewhere else.
