Don't buy jewelry here. Bought a silver necklace for my daughter that was $230.00 in 2023. Wondered why she wasnt wearing it... Turns out it turned purple and tarnished. Macy's asked me if I bought a warranty, that I was never offered, and told me tough luck.

Waited, and waited. Only to be sent away empty-handed after checking inventory online. Felt like a get you in the door gimmick, very unpersonable uncaring staff. Felt judged by appearance rather than a casual customer.

This store is so unorganized. my friend said I could get a discount off Tami if I went in the store. I told her my friends name she said never heard of her and sorry. found out not true just didn't want anyone to know she was living with an old man

This store is always clean and easy to shop in. The only down side is it is too warm in there.

I had a question about some stockings and I called up to the intimates area while I was upstairs cause nobody was up there, so someone finally comes up there and I literally saw her pick up the phone and hang it up… So then when I ask her a question she looked like she didn’t want to help and had a horrible attitude, she was short and middle aged with dark circles under her eyes and a brunette. Majority of the workers here are not friend while very few of them are nice

Store went down hill. No inventory. Selections is poor at best. No one to even help you.
Go to the one wood location and save your time.

Longest wait at a drive through ever! Yep it was lunch but lunch happens everyday... don't y'all know you're going to be busy? Meanwhile I can see the restaurant across the street with the same amount of traffic for lunch just killing it at being a FASTFOOD restaurant, people were leaving the castle drive thru and drove over there and got their food before me 😂 them by the time I got my food they forgot something and I had to go back.... missed an entire hour lunch and I was only working across the street SMH

The clothes aren't current, it feels like they're trying to bring the 80's back. The areas near the perfume are inundated with a HEAVY mixture of perfume.

Unfortunately the Petite department seems to get smaller each time I go there.
Many of the styles seem to be geared toward older women. Other styles available online, but I like to try on sandals evaluate the fabrics.
