Clean rooms and a good concierge service if you stay on the 6th floor. I have stayed here for four days, every year for the last fifteen years. The staff is very professional a d handles large groups very well.

The service in the restaurant was absolutely fantastic. However, when I wanted a drink solo at the bar, the bartenders were rude and totally put out. Sad for a Marriott.Rooms: My room was fantastic.

I've visited the hotel several times and never had been disrespected and borderline harassed about my visit there.■Brian (REMELON) gave the green light on using the bathroom after mentioning it's not available to people who aren't guests.That's that. Moving forward, he had the night security basically hound me yelling in that bathroom hallway and tapping on that bathroom door to do anything to have me leave.This is not how you treat people. Especially when you give the green light to use that lobby bathroom.When I called later to discuss it, Brian did start off being open to discussing it-however, his tone quickly changed when I started talking about the negative behaviors and treatment I received from the security guard.■Oh wait, it gets better. He then made it an issue by interrupting me, talking over me, and simply couldn't get over the fact that he said YES and still instructed the security to hound me.While I changed an infants diaper, this guard was just tapping and yelling that I needed to leave when I hadn't even been in there 8 min even.The best part was when he wanted to actually become unprofessional on the phone by continuing to hang up on me instead of using de-escalating tactics..To top this experience off he was actively creating a lie/story saying that I'm now harassing the hotel by continuing to call to get his information and discuss the matter. Disgusting.What kind of Marriott quality is this even when you tell someone yes, they can utilize the restroom.This won't go unrecognized and will be reported to even the district managers and up if need be.The audacity. Smh.

Best hotel in Dayton. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Front desk staff is very accommodating.

Exactly what you expect from a Marriott hotel. This is likely the best hotel in Dayton. The building is older, however, everything was well maintained and the rooms were in great condition and comfy. There is a restaurant on site and parking is free.

My 20+ day experience was spectacular. Torrey (one of the managers), went above and beyond to provide me with the upmost attention in custom service. He is attentive, professional, friendly, and strives to make every guest feel like they are at home. The housekeeping staff deserve a MAJOR shout out for their attention to detail and hard work. The front desk employees have fell nothing short of accommodating all of my needs. As someone who travels for work, I want to say bravo to this hotel in every aspect of my stay!

Slightly dates but refreshed Marriott. Comfortable bed, clean linens, clean bathroom, good towels. Nothing super fancy but a clear step up from a limited service property.

I've seen a lot of Marriotts, and this 1 isn't up to the usual quality of the brand. My room was very drafty due to the large uninsulated sliding door. The TV remote was filthy, and the bathrobe was on the closet floor instead of on a hanger. On the other hand, the food and beverage service in the concierge lounge was delightful! Daniel was very helpful. The rooms have a lot of charging outlets too, but the carpet wasn't really clean. Pics of the food included...Food & drinks: The tiramisu and cookies ? were delicious ?

Recently attended a wedding and we booked a room here. The receipt says $165 for the night, but we got charged $233 and not only that, someone else booked the room and paid for it for us, but since we didn't have their credit card with us they made us pay as well.

I wish the bathrooms had real doors. It is also very loud. I also wish the rooms had microwaves.

This is my first time staying at this location. It’s clean, quiet and close to highways. It’s also extremely affordable compared to many other locations. The folks at the front desk were outstanding.Rooms: I had a room with a king sized bed. It was clean, spacious and near an elevator. Very quiet even though I can tell from my the parking lot that there are lots of guests.
