Love this store. It’s usually well-kept, and I always seem to leave with quality items. However - I’m sick and tired of being harassed by Monica about the store credit card. No means no. It is rude to keep harping on it when I’ve already declined. She simply will not let it go and it is annoying and uncomfortable. Going forward, I will wait for another available associate to assist me at checkout.

Earlier today Dona checked me out and was incredibly rude to me and my mom. I tried to be nice and ask her how her day was and she just looked at me. I then was told my price and i told her i had a gift card and she laughed under her breath and said of course you do. I then asked what she meant by that and again just stared at me. I don't know if she was just having a bad day but I really hope this was a one time experience and shes nicer in the future:)

I had a bad experience while checking out with Monica. We spent over 20 mins with her. I gave her a receipt with 2 items and had the tags unattached to return and put on our purchase. One of the items was a semi zip top. She scans the tag and it says it’s a semi zip. Unsure that is the item I’m actually returning she calls somebody else over to confirm and do a price check from the floor to check because a receipt and tag is not enough… as if I’m trying to steal. She made my 3 year old feel extremely uncomfortable and would not stop talking to her and telling her repeatedly she was a sassy frass. She was so upset and still is now we are at home. Now it’s time for us to pay and she tells me it’s $150ish. I tell her that doesn’t sound right and is she sure. She ensures me it’s correct. I pay for it and walk away to look at the receipt and see she rang up an item twice that was an extra $74. Had to go back and she didn’t even apologize. Terrible customer service and wasted so much time I won’t be going back to her register it was ridiculous.

Monica the “coordinator” was very rude and brash with not only me but also the gentleman in front of me. She would not take no for an answer regarding their credit card, and just overall very rude. Her costumer service skills could use a refresh, especially if she’s in a management position (not sure what a “coordinator” is). The store itself is fine but her attitude made me not want to come back.

I asked for a price check and a very grumpy elder woman snatched it from me and said “all this for a dollar” as she walked away. To be fair it was a 15 pound weight. I wanted to ensure she didn’t have to carry it back to the register so I followed. No words were exchanged and then a manager named Joe-Ash approached us both and explained how they determined the price of items that have no tags. I had to ask him to stop yelling and he apologized and said it was just projecting umm okay champ watch your tone. It’s not a customers fault that an item isn’t priced so I don’t know why the frustration with me. Ruined a fun little shopping experience. A lesser woman would have felt humiliated but I know that the woman’s misplaced frustrations is in her own retirement planning. Kindess is free folks!

I love coming to this store but just had an off putting experience. The woman checking us out that had coordinator on her name tag, whatever that means was very aggressive. She greeted my husband with hello welcome to Marshall’s in a loud tone. He said hello but I am not sure she heard him so she rudely repeated it again. After he said hello again she continued to go on about how she has the best customer service and it’s not expected. As I stood there she stared at me and loudly yelled welcome to Marshall’s. I said thanks with a little smile because I was already annoyed about this. She continued to ask me how I was, knowing on my face I was not in a good mood from this. She kinda rolled her eyes when I said she was fine. All in all, this did not see like “good customer service” it was loud and annoying. For a quiet introvert this was a nightmare. Second guessing if I would go back just so I don’t have to encounter her again.

Don't go to this one unless you want who I think is a manager (I'm not posting her name but her name tag says coordinator) to get an attitude when you refuse to get the credit card. We shouldn't be harassed after we already said no. This is ridiculous.

Sometimes you go in and there are very few choives. Other times it's overflowing with merchandise and it ìs difficult not to go overboard with expensrs.
