Not truthful. They told me they can't supply loaner car to drive because Honda does not do that anymore. They can not repair my new car purchased there with no known time when throttle body part (under warranty) will be available. Was told could drive it but don't go on trips because it may just stop. Seems like a safety issue . Other dealership in town can supply loaner if unable to do warranty repair on new car as well as one other dealership I called. (So this dealership does not but others do supply loaner ) Don't blame Honda. Will be going elsewhere for maintenance, warranty work and purchasing our next car in near future.

This place shows no compassion for people in need. I know someone diagnosed with ALS and can no longer drive, yet is still being forced to pay for his car lease. When asked for help, the response was essentially to 'let him die' and have his children finish paying off the car. Please consider supporting a different dealership and NOT Matt Castrucci Auto Mall of Dayton.
