Alright so just came out of the Dorothy Lane drive through at 5:30 after saying they are open at 5 and being first in line and never greeted, so we travel to this location to be RUSHED during ordering cut off with the “is that all”. Finally order and pay, they forget a chocolate milk so we come back around and ask for breakfast sauce while we grab the milk they forgot, charge us 1.99 and again rushing us, we don’t have any receipts, then we get the bag.. it’s a cold white breakfast gravy cup and jelly but we were again rushed away so just forget it..Hashbrown was burnt, forgot milk, doesn’t know what breakfast sauce is

Every time I come here my order is wrong. The employees seem like they hate their job, and there is always a wait time for cold food. This last experience I ordered ONE happy meal and waited 45 minutes for it and it was missing the main course. I contacted the store because they refused to give me a receipt. I was assured my email confirmation would be enough to replace the happy meal. The manager refused to come speak to me and was sending messages through another employee. I did not receive any apology or my happy meal they made me purchase another one. I contacted the store owner twice and still nothing.

This is the third time in a row I've gotten a wrong order. Sometimes this stuff happens. Especially when you mobile order through this store. They were missing half my order, the chick ignored me and walked away. When I got the rest of my food I found out the sandwich I was given wasn't even the right one. No way to call the store. No way to request a refund through the app. Don't feel bad triple checking food because they obviously lack self awareness. Also if anyone from McDonald's reads this. Thanks for no napkins.

Every time I go through the drive thru here and order a kids meal they ALWAYS up charge me a medium drink and charge me additional 20 cents. I get it’s only 20cents BUT it every time I go. It’s no longer an accident, it’s intentional. What else are you up charging?? The next time this happens, which will probably be next week, you will regret it. Just wait.

Had breakfast by myself around 9:30 a.m. The service was fast, food was warm and delicious and the coffee was hot. The restaurant was clean and staff were really nice. I truly enjoyed my breakfast.

This is one of those places where management is obviously prioritizing drive-thru times. Cars get pushed through the line just to be told to sit in front of the building. I'll just hit one of the other locations from now on.

Typical place of employment where people failed at life , so they have to make your day miserable by not prepping a simple hot meal for you. They didn’t make it in life so they want to give the most nonchalant customer service. Smdh.

Food was okay, fries were warm but not fresh, spicy chicken sandwich was messy and chicken was overcooked or over heated under the warmer.
