The installer was great. The company not so much. Didn’t call or reach out about the original installer not coming they didn’t reach out to reschedule installation. Luckily the installer who did come agreed to come at the end of his day when he was done with his route which ended up being at 6 pm when my window was 8-11 am.

Hernando, my installer was terrific! Very knowledgeable, made installation smooth and was very nice. I would recommend he and Hughes net to the Kunkletown area. Especially the rural parts. He was excellent. Thanks!

When I spoke to the representative on the phone he told me we were in a 4/4 location for service and we would be able to get high speeds no problem. We don't live in an area where we can get high speed internet but I work from home often so I was looking for an alternative. So far, I have not gotten my speeds to go above 20mbps. only reason I am giving 2 stars is due to the great service I got when I was speaking to the guy on the phone.

Called the number and they said I’d be called back....never happened.So I called again and waited on hold for over an hour with no representative to answer.Interesting.

Just got it installed yesterday morning. I have a Roku TV, and spent the next 10 hours trying to get a clear, uninterrupted picture, to no avail. I hate it, it's so slow and frustrating I can't stand it!!! Went on line for help, no luck, called the help line 2 times today, no help. They blamed the clouds!! I'll give it one more day and if it's not fixed I'm canceling!!! I had Bloomingdaletel previously, and their slow version is faster than this satellite set up!!
