My sons needs antibiotics for 4 days now everyday they they tell me we need to order it so we waited until Monday when they said it'll be there then come Monday they again said oh were out we're gonna have to order it what were they doing the first day or the second third or forth my son needs it not just kinda whenever they get to it I'm never getting prescriptions here ever again this place is terrible.

Worst ever!!! The man on the phone, literally hung up on me. Donnie is never available or there so I can talk to him about the issues I’ve been having. I’ll be switching pharmacies

If I could give a ZERO I would!!! I was just on hold for 37 minutes listening to the hold messages and NO ONE ever answered!!! Then the machine said there was a high call volume and hung up on me!!!

They are rude, unprofessional and are always out of stock. They don't call and tell you when they're out of stock they just assume you'll figure that out. I was just told they wont have one of my prescriptions until October. Its June. Avoid this place at all costs.

Lack of communication when there is an issue filling the prescription due to insurance issue and lack of communication when prescription is ready to be picked up.

Absolute worst customer service experience of my entire life.
Not only that they couldn't even keep the medication straight.
I have been calling for 5 days now and I still can't get the medications.

Medications are never ready when they say they will be. 4th time was finally the charm tonight after having gone 3 previous times to get the medication and being told it would be ready the following day by 2pm. Very frustrating to wait in line for 45 minutes today only to be told it wouldn’t be available until tomorrow and when I told them that was unacceptable(I was completely out) they say the soonest they could have it available would be in several hours. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Pharmacies in this area are not great. If your doctor prescribes you something and wants you to start it that day, they get upset. Or if your give antibiotics or pain medicine, they absolutely do not like filling same day. If you plan on going through the drive thru make sure you have a full tank, cause you’re going to be there a long while. I’ve been sitting in this drive thru for a half hour now and there are still 2 cars in front of me!

What a clown show. I was told four different times for a single prescription over the last 24 hours. Now they've apparently discovered they don't have it in stock. Are you serious?
