Tracking on their website doesn't work. Employees can't ever tell you when something is expected. So frustrating

Bad company and scam.\nThey don’t give you the payrate for delivered packages. They tell one thing then second day is something different at lower than expected for at least to cover gas.\nThey are scam! They aren’t honest.\nOwner doesn’t respond to text messages because they now what they are doing scammers.

Driver contacted me and let me know an ETA. Package arrived in good condition although a day later than Tavour said it would, probably because I'm a couple hours away from Dayton. All in all, I have no complaints about Mercury Services.
