The employee at the front were great. The management is terrible. If you deserve the rating you get on this page, then own it, try to make it right. This management team, choose to try and get the review deleted by trying to offer money off my bill. WOW how very unprofessional. This place needs new managers who know a thing or two about customer service. Employees, mostly good, management, needs a lot of work. Do not waste your money with this franchise, find another place if you can.
