If I could give this zero stars I would. Black guy working there in the A.M. would not help me with giving my pin to my account because my screen was cracked... Then I go to the Metro store at 1068 Patterson Rd. Dayton, Oh. 45420. And they not only helped me, but they gave me a great deal on a new phone. If you have metro I recommend going to Patterson and Wilmington next time

Terrible customer service. She didn’t have a clue what she was doing. Was in store for a hour and a half, The lady couldn’t activate a IPHONE 13 I purchased but charged me for it. Then after she couldn’t activate the phone she said it will take 3 days for a refund.👎👎👎👎👎

Tried saying Metro done away with phone financing and told me I had to pay $210 out the door for the phone. Got mad when I said no, came to the Patterson rd store and I’m financing easily. This store just wants $$$$$ 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
