I’m the customer if Midas since 2022 and I got a new car and wanted to install the Rims and Tires.
After checking all they started wheel balancing and started to fit the wheel because of different tire sizes they didn’t fit. Even I told them the same as we need to change the tires as the Rims are fine they simply rejected it saying no they won’t fit and charged me balancing and labor charges without doing anything.
A small tire shop installed my new rims with awesome service in very disappointed with their service

The guy lied to me said the tire is not repairable because the nail has two heads blablabla, I went to discount tire for repair and they showed me the nail was totally not like what he told me. Never gonna come back.

This morning I noticed my oil light was on. So I called Midas on South Dixie by using the oil change sticker I had in my window. I love that the phone number was on the sticker so I could call right away w/out googling them. They got me in the same day, and when I arrived there was a snacks table for customer appreciation. I love the hospitality of the staff. I was also given a 20% coupon on my service today. They are great!

Driving up from Louisville toward Detroit, my check engine light came on very early in the morning. I lost power. I was definitely in an emergency situation of needing to get my car fixed or find an alternative to get to my destination. Gene and Jesse Put me at the top of the list and rushed the parts in and expedited the repair. Got me out of here in just a few hours. Great team! If there were six stars, I would’ve given this a six star rating!

Staff which lie customer i go to this place for oil change then after one day my vehicle showed me that needs oil change when i go to ask what happened they add oil ? MIDAS Moraine are poor in service

It was my first time here, and I couldn't believe these guys fixed my punctured tire for free. Like, who does that these days? They took 30 minutes of their time without asking for a dime. That spwaks volumes for the franchise. I will definitely be giving them my business from now on.

Unfortunately Midas needs to fire all the team at this branch. They are messing up our cars.
They don't know what they are doing.
Very Very bad staff.
I warn all the people not to go there.
They intentionally break up parts on your car to sell you new parts and to charge more and more for their labor.
Unlike Midas branch on Dorothy lane. They are much better.

I always try to support local, but sometimes it just takes too long to get your car fixed when doing that. I set an appointment online at Midas on S. Dixie Dr. in Kettering… My appointment was for 10 AM. I needed to have my brakes checked, as I could tell the rear brakes were starting to grind. Within 45 minutes they had diagnosed the issue, and they even allowed me to go out into the shop to show me the rear brakes needed work, but the front brakes were good. My car was finished by 2 PM the same day. AND, they honored a coupon code that I found online for $80 off! I would definitely go back to this location.
