Went there for oil change with appointment. They pulled in the car at 2 pm and I got my car back at 4:05. They could have asked me to come after 3 pm. I always check the oil level after oil change. As I was busy, I checked it later in the evening. I saw they overfilled my car by more than half of a quart. They told me the Full is F sign not the dot near the F sign which is laughable. Even if it is F, the oil was still overfilled. Now I have to take the car to a different mechanic to withdraw it. Also, my car was driving well. But after they did tire rotation the car started pulling towards left. I mentioned this issue and they said I have to pay $51 for the wheel balancing. Even if it needs balancing, I am not doing it with them.

Hello and good evening,
To start things off, I’ve been going to Midas now for over two years I believe and never have I ever had an experience like this. On 2/21/25( I know this review is long over due) I went in to get my car look at because my engine light came on. While I waited as they analyzed my car the Assistant manager Ricky was at the desk. I over heard a conversation that he was having with a custom over the phone. He was informing the customer that they will have 12 months interest free if their bill is over 600. So now his manager got back to me about what was going on with my car. I went to the desk and then CLARIFIED with Ricky, that If I used my Midas card will it go underneath the 12 month plan; He responded YES.
Now long story short, I got my bill online and look at my promotional plan and it said only 6 months. Also let me clarify, I am a college student who paying their own tuition, plus rent, bills, car notice and so much more. I Specifically asked Ricky about the 12 months because paying 986.0 for spark plugs would be too much to pay off right now in just 6 months. I Call Midas customer service they said I have to go back to Midas and have them redo the promotional plan. Went back the following week and saw Ricky. He said he don’t know what happened it was suppose to go through as twelve months and said that he don’t know how to redo it. To come back when his manager was there. Came back on Monday when Toby the manager was there. He flat out said there nothing he can do for me; and I said even though your assistant is going around saying false information. Then he looks at my trans earrings, looks at me and said, “I don’t know Dude, there’s nothing I can do”. I said “oh ok, I will not be coming back here”. So point of the matter is that be careful this Midas. They will screw you over and don’t care if you’re a student. Even though it’s their employee’s mistake.

Rock music blaring in the shop was extremely loud! Shows lack of consideration for customers in waiting room.
Appointment I made online didn't show up in their system.

Will never got back to midas. I Scheduled an appointment for 10 am Saturday a week in advance and still had to sit there for 3 hours for a basic oil change.. ridiculous

Very dishonest people i went in to change the front shocks of my truck the guy charged me 1k come to find out shocks are only $300 for a set of 2 tops, so I'm guessing there labor was $700 do not go to this place unless you want to get scammed like I did especially if you're from out of town.

In the event that you are having issues with your vehicle, please look elsewhere. My car was taken here because it was making a squeaking noise upon starting that I thought was just the belt needing to be tightened. They ended up finding a few issues associated with the A/C and sent us a receipt and we paid to get it fixed. We picked my car up that day and now it’s making a loud grinding noise that was never heard before. They told my husband the second time he dropped it off that they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. They told him to drive it for a week and if it happens again bring it back. It happened again the next day and he recorded the noise and they instructed him to bring it back Friday night and they’ll work on it first thing Saturday morning. Well, here we are Saturday evening and there has been no additional fix to my car. They are claiming to not hear the issue. The video evidence means nothing and they kept my car an entire day with no resolve. We spent over 2700 for those repairs just for my paid off car to be worse than it was prior to me dropping it off. I strongly advise you to take your car elsewhere. Avoid this location at all cost.

Spent over $700 on repairs here. The alignment was not right it was pulling to the left. Booked an appointment by phone with an employee there. It took them 1 hour after the appointment time to even pull my car in and then it took 2 hours for a simple alignment. I would recommend going somewhere else if you want quick service.

I went to midas for a quote on patching the pipe connecting to my muffler as it was welded before and rebroke. They quoted me $900 and tried to tell me I needed a whole new muffler. I told them I knew it could be patched and they got snippy with me and said they would “see what they could do” only if I brought it in at 8 am the next day and said it would be $200 minimum. I decided to check out muffler brothers instead and they not only said they could patch it, but said it would only be $75. They did a great job and my car sounds good as new. Come to muffler brothers BEAVERCREEK for quality service and honest help. They genuinely care and don’t take advantage of their customers.

Husband went here for oil and brake change, they told him it’d take 1 hour for everything but he waited for
4 hours straight at the store. They could’ve told us from the beginning or keep us updated that it’s gonna take some more hours instead of keeping us hanging 😀.
Also, don’t go here, their parts are overpriced and they charge ridiculously for labor.
Had my car inspected at another store just for them to not figure anything out and still charged me $100. Never thought you could make money that easily lol.

Called to ask if they could get me in that day, said yes. Had vehicle towed here. Very specific about my issue and what I needed done. Took car for 3 hours. Said they'd have to order part to fix it'd be a couple days. Said no and got it towed across the street, work done the next morning.
