I would like personally to say that this Midas at 5881 Old Troy Pike Huber Heights Ohio deserves a 10 star review. I'm very pleased with the manager and his crew with the thorough attention they gave in Inspecting my trick for repairs. They even showed me what had to be done to make my truck safe to drive. I would like to say kudos to their honesty, customer service and a job well done. I hope this manager and crew will always be servicing at this Midas because I will use their service again when and if needed.

The auxiliary battery in my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica went bad and I had to be towed by AAA. Midas got me in on a Saturday February 15th at 2:30pm which other places were either closed until Monday or had no available times.
My vehicle was in and out within a hour. The staff was extremely friendly. They have a customer for life.

Came with an issue spent 1800 and still have the same issue after picking up the vehicle. They have given me every excuse in the book as to why my car is still not working properly. They never fix the issue just charge me for something I didn't need only to come back after doing a vehicle inspection like they were supposed to do the first time around. Now it's a $1700 more issue. Scammers

Had issues with my break pads and Midas found other issues that they took care of. Great customer service from Marcus and I will definitely be bringing my vehicle here in the future for any further maintenance.
