Worked for midas for 17 years. Have been coming back for the last 10 since I left. My mom comes here and my daughter comes here. I would not let them use midas if I did not trust them. Good service at a fair price. I do not like that they took the price and service board down so you do not know the prices coming in. They should put that back up.

Cannot recommend Midas on Far Hills enough. I have been coming here for multiple years. And they always treat me so good and so well. Dave, the new manager is awesome. I highly recommend you bring your vehicles here. Very good at what they do very caring and right to the point. Let you know what you need, wat you don't need and what can wait. And what can not wait and I appreciate that.

Made an online appointment Friday to have my car serviced Saturday at noon. Oil change and rear brakes. Talked to a representative Friday confirming the appointment. Was told they will do a brake inspection and let me know the cost before the work is done. Dropped the car off after hours Friday. Woke up Saturday to three messages from the shop between 859 and 920 am. The first was the brake inspection. The second was a work order for 650 dollars. Which included an air filter for 59 dollars, and topping off windshield fluid for five dollars. The third sent at 912. Was the work was complete and my car was ready to pick up. The text with the invoice said I approved the repairs when I hadn't talked to anybody. I called the store. Talked to an assistant manager. He apologized. Claimed the only work they did was the oil change. Didn't have an explanation for why I received any of those texts. I said that's fine. I'll pay for the oil change. I'll take my car elsewhere for the brake repair. Went to get my car. Went in to pay for the oil change. The price they tried to charge was forty dollars more then what the manager had told me. Had to ask for the manager to get the proper price. To his credit he did fix the price. Get in my car. The inside of my car was damaged. Took my car across the street what to use to be Monroe tires. They did my brakes and it only cost 400 dollars. They also did my oil change. Because it turns out the oil change wasn't done at Midas. Oil filter wasn't changed. Oil wasn't added. So I paid sixty dollars to a place that wasted my time. Tried to rip me off and didn't actually do the work they claimed. There is a much better shop just across the road.

Showed up at 5:35 with a flat. Could have easily been turned away 25min before closing. Staff couldn’t have been nicer. Was out of there in 30 minutes with a new tire. Great location highly recommend.

Came in for a basic brake and oil change, Kevin was very helpful with guiding me through different services they provided and which would suit me best. Very helpful and friendly staff.
