Best car wash experience I've had in a long time. Friendly staff, helped pick the right package for my needs (drove from Phx AZ to Dayton OH and was covered in bugs) and they made sure with this package id lose the bigs and protect my car, they even extra sprayed the front of my car to really clean off the bugs. I feel like the usage of tools and the actual car wash itself were all really good and proper to my needs. I wish we had one down in AZ. Would 100% buy a subscription if there were in AZ near me. I'd be the first AZ customer if I could.

Nice employees but no free vacuum? It was $2 for 8 mins. Why would I go here and pay for a vacuum when I could go to a different car wash with free vacuums?

When does a worker tell a customer how to answer a sales pitch from another worker? Never! I went through the car wash approximately 20 minutes ago and I have never had the disrespect from a worker as I did today. At the drive through I requested my wash, Ultimate. The young man said $22 exactly or $31 and hands me the sales flyer for frequent washes. I responded "yeah" with a giggle. Before I make it to the entrance of the wash, he communicated to his partner that I laughed in his face regarding the sales pitch. The young lady states that, "if you didnt want the wash , you Should have said no thank you and Not laughed in his face". Lost in translation is "who do you think you are for speaking to a customer like that?". Dont go there if you want to be treated as a valuable customer..

My favorite car wash. Love the wheel bright and tire shine options. A lot of car wash places are dirty but not mikes. On my last visit, Cameron did a great job power washing my car before it went through the wash. You could tell this guy cared about the job and wanted my car to look good. I will choose mikes for all my vehicles. Thanks guys!

very disappointed with the wash, no more power washing the bugs off, still bugs on the front of my vehicle after the wash, as a night shift employee, I collect a lot, I always came here because of the added attention, gonna have to rethink that decision now..employees were great

I drive from way up north to Centerville or Beavercreek for a car wash every other day. It feels great passing by all the new car washes that DO NOT come close to the value we get from Mike's Car Wash!

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. This place is a joke. Last week I was involved in an accident inside the car wash because the staff prompted me to enter the wash when there was a car less than 5ft in front of me. I attempted to wait before entering however, their representative kept signaling for me to enter. What ensued after was that I rear ended the car in front of me. I filed a claims report with this establishment immediately after the incident occurred. They assured me that they would call me in to the office to look at the video footage together and resolve the issue. Not only did I not get a call back, but I received a letter from them stating that they reviewed the video footage and it was determined that the car was left in drive when I entered the wash? I drive a manual transmission vehicle so I’m curious as to how I would’ve left a stick shift in drive? Hopefully someone can help me answer that question. Long story short. This business does not care about its customers and I would never recommend them to anyone. STAY AWAY! There are plenty of better establishments in the area.

I always go to mikes but a little disappointed this time. now that it is spring and summer more bugs are out so I feel like the front of my car should have been power washed just like my windshield I still had so many bugs left on the front of my car and windshield was not done very well either. It wasn’t just dried out bugs I still had whole bugs on the front of my car . Please keep in mind to start power washing windshield and front end of cars. Thank you and I will still go to mikes always friendly service

You need to ask for special cleaning on the outside. Otherwise you may not get the clean u want.
