I went in for a routine sinus infection. Was given a minimal antibiotic to treat it. I questioned the efficacy of this choice seeing I get a sinus infection 1x a year. Usually it takes a stronger antibiotic to treat my sinus infections. “If it doesn’t work just call us after 72 hours.” 5 days into the treatment I have a raging infection with no relief! I call and they say I have to be seen again and pay for an entire new visit which they couldn’t even tell me how much the cost would be! Total lack of true medical professionalism, no concern for their patient’s medical nor financial well-being. For your health’s sake and peace of mind, please do not choose to go to this Minute Clinic! (I have been a patient there several times for the same reason in years past and never had such poor service and disrespect for my health outcome!)

First time being to this Minute clinic (I usually go to Beavercreeks location and I’m always impressed with the staffs professionalism and kindness) but if I could give this location a 0 star review I would. I needed a rapid COVID test and scheduled an appointment 6:30pm. I got there 5 minutes early, but had to run out to my car to find my face mask. I got back to the lobby and sat down at 6:33pm. I waited to be taken back when another women checked in and was immediately brought back. I waited patiently and then got a text saying my appointment was canceled. When the nurse was finished with the women, I knocked on her door to ask her about my appointment. She cut me off, saying she called for me 3 times and I wasn’t there so the health care provider cancelled my appointment. I technically had 5 minutes after 6:30 to check in (I checked in at 6:25). I understand needing to stay on time, but the nurse completely disregarded me in the waiting room and was rude. If you’re going to be in the medical field, you need to have compassion towards sick patients. I can see from other reviews that this location is known for treating patients coldly.

I scheduled a same day appointment and was in and out in a timely fashion. Seth was professional, knowledgeable, skillful and had a great bedside manner. He quickly and expertly addressed my issue and sent me happily on my way. This was my family's second visit to this location and both were great.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CLINICS!! If you have a bad experience here, TURN THE NURSES LICENSE INTO THE "OHIO BOARD OF NURSING" and that should get them to start listening and treating patients correctly.

I came in for a reading of my TB test for work. I only realized I was late until I got to the Minute Clinic and saw the nurse leaving for the day. I politely asked if they were closed and she very curtly responded that they were closed and I needed to make an appointment (which is totally understandable - even though their website said walk ins are okay). I proceeded to try to ask where I could get someone that would read it for me as it was my last day to have my result read. She rudely interrupted me to tell me, once again, that they were closed and she couldn’t help me. I felt so frustrated and upset. I’m an emergency RN and had just rushed from a very long and difficult shift to try to make it there. I would never speak to my patients the way she spoke to me. The other employee that was with her said nothing the entire time. They were in no way helpful and I will no longer be returning here.Simply put, I don’t recommend.

If you you’re seeking a covid test and looking to have results back within 5 days for any type of travel, don’t come here or use their services.

I had to bring my almost 2 year old in for an ear infection because it was a Sunday and his doctor was closed. The staff was very nice and did their best to make him feel comfortable. Definitely recommend and will use this clinic in the future when needed!

Unprofessional always. Every location. Every employee.

it said i had a 30 min wait even though i checked in online someone had gotten there before me. not a big deal. NP was very nice, listened and i was out relatively quick. she prescribed an antibiotic and it was ready in less than 10 min. that’s the best perk of using the minute clinic!

Clinic is advertised to close at 8PM. I arrived at 7:40 PM and was turned away. No one was waiting and no one was being seen. HERE IS A THOUGHT, say you close at 7:30 and stop wasting our time!

I have been to the clinic here before and have had longer waits then expected which was fine, it is health care, but no major problems. I have always received texts as well when I would he up next. Today I came in at 12 for my 12 12 appt. The board said we had over an hr wait which included the NPs lunch. Again, no problem people have to eat and its health care. The problem is that the board did not match reality. Apparently as soon as we left they called our name even though the board said we had an hr wait. It was lunch time I also wanted lunch and thought this would be a perfect time. Since the assignment board said we had over an hr wait. Talked to the NP when we came back and we had to hop back in line which was over an hr. And she was finally going to lunch. So if you go here do not trust the board and do not leave.

I have been a state licensed, profession/credentialed healthcare professional for four decades; yesterday I experienced one of the worst customer experiences ever in my career by someone at the Minute Clinic at Far Hills/Whipp Rd in Washington Twp (Dayton) Ohio during a flu shot. Greeting?-No. Introduction?-No. Credentials/Role?-No. Politeness?-No. Explanation?-No. Questioning was curt. Argumentative when asked about whether trivalent or quadrivalent vaccine would be used.
