Rented a room for my son paid for a week the room he was given was roach infested and there was blood in the shower. The clerk gave another room and that room was roach infested as well. Asked for a refund aid with a debit card ( which is just like cash) asked to be refunded cash so I can pay for another room that was refused and refund did not come back to my card immediately. I asked to speak with a manager and was refused. Called customer care number and they were not available. My son and his pregnant girlfriend have no place to sleep!!!! Hmmmm very unhappy!!

I made a special request to stay the bottom floor because of my knees and that my puppy can stay away from other people because he needs space. They went above and beyond to make my needs to be meet. Traveling cross-country can be rough, but they made it super super easy.
