I recently had my first experience at Muffler Brothers on Wayne/Smithville. I had the best experience as both Bubby & Tim were kind, professional, genuine, honest, and not to mention seemed to really care about their customers! They are able to determine the issue with my car and resolve it within a few short hours. I also felt that they charged a reasonable price and did not attempt to do more than necessary to fix the issue. I will definitely be back and will highly recommend others to do the same!

Incredibly polite and efficient. I called on a Wednesday and they had my exhaust fixed the next day. Much cheaper than other muffler shops. They’ve won all my maintenance needs in the future! Tim was especially upbeat and respectful.

Incredible service from these guys. Big shout out to Tim. Very professional, transparent, and kind. Little trouble with some estimated time of project being finished. But, not their fault. Person delivering a part that was needed was taking forever. Tim made a sound decision to call and order the part again from a different person, knowing I was kind of on a time crunch. Couldn't be happier with my choice of choosing Muffler Brothers in Belmont. Thanks again Tim and I will be back soon to for my other future projects.

2024 update - I took my Sunseeker RV back to Tim's shop for my annual oil change, and there was a squirrel hidden under the hood squeaking his head off. The mechanic was able to locate it by removing the battery and shelf, and blew air around the engine, runn8ng off the squirrel. These guys are tremendous and I highly recommend them for all of your automotive needs,
UPDATE - After checking around, I got the recommendation to take my RV to Muffler Brothers on Wayne Ave. in Dayton. They have an RV bay and can service up to 40 foot length vehicles. I took it in after talking to the owner, Tim Sr. His son, Tim Jr. did the common sense thing; he inflated the air bags to 70 PSI, then checked them 4 hours later, then again after sitting all night. Eureka! They held pressure all night! Tim called the next day and told me I could pick it up whenever I was ready - NO CHARGE! I was amazed!
I said I would gladly pay something for the time he spent, but he said it was no problem, an easy job. They were so courteous and competent .
So please, if you want good, competent , HONEST work done on your RV, please give Tim a call at Muffler Brothers on Wayne Ave. You'll be glad you did!!

I have a slow leak in my tire and I can't afford to fix it. Another taking my kids to children's for an appointment on a flat tire, I went to three separate places trying to put air in my tire. The air pump either didn't work, I went to two places that were too busy, (they literally told me to come back in like an hour to get air in my tire.) however when I pulled into Muffler Brothers, he didn't make me feel bad by trying to push services on me. My grandfather raised me to always tip or show some sort of appreciation when somebody helps you and I felt so bad I was completely broke. Especially, since he was so understanding and he checked all four tires and filled them. Thanks. Something as simple as, receiving a friendly smile while getting air in my tire on a really bad day, helped more than you will ever know.
