This is worst company i have seen. No customer support, no real support to customer. Everybody should avoid this company.

It is impossible to get anyone at any level of the company on the phone. They have had my equipment for week for an expedited calibration, and will not respond to emails or voicemails.

We ordered a Bench LaserMike from NDC and the order has been delayed three separate times. There has been ZERO communication from our account manager at NDC and no effort to rectify the issue. Extremely disappointing. Order your equipment from a different vendor.

Very unreliable technology and slow customer service. The radioactive sensor we have for measuring weight is down 50% of the time, and we spend $10-20K each year just to keep it running.Every repair quote if $7K or above along with weeks or months of waiting for NDC technicians to get back to us. Would never buy or recommend this to anyone.
