I have gone to this store on multiple occasions for simple items I need immediately. They never have the items. The tag on the empty rack says the item can be ordered for delivery to the store. That is so frustrating that I normally end up going home, ordering from Amazon, and still waiting. I will probably not waste gas to drive to Office Depot any longer.

Just left there minutes ago. Employee doing printing very rude. Ask me if i wanted to wait on request. I then ask how long they thought it would be before ready. Person shrugged shoulders and said dont know. I ask like 15 minutes ? Half hour ? Couple hours ? Was told not sure aome other orders may come in. They were doing nothing when I walked in and two other employees on personal phone, probably scrolling face book.Left to go to try another place

Ordered a graduation banner for my son. Friday evening I received the email that my order was ready for pick up. On Saturday 5/13 at 12 I arrived to pick up. I was told they could not find it and another employee walked over and was diddling around and would not communicate with me about what was happening. After 25 minutes of waiting (they kept helping other customers and ignoring me) I asked for an update- she said she was downloading the file again and I asked for what and she said to print it out again. Being on a huge time crunch I asked for a time frame and she said "I can't tell you that, it could be super quick or really long it just depends. I can tell you more when it is 2/3 way done and that is if it prints right" Then turned to another customer to help her. I asked again, "Ma'am, we are on a time crunch and it was supposed to be done. Can I please get a time frame?" She ignored me. I went to another employee and asked for a manager. Once the manager came over- he was annoyed right off the bat. He walked over to the service center- I showed him my email with the barcode to my order. He said I don't need that and then a few minutes later said give me your phone. I handed him my phone with the email pulled up even though he was rude and demanding. I am waiting- at this point it has been well over 30 minutes. I again ask him for a time frame and he responds with "She already told you that we can't tell you this until it is almost done". I state "Well, you know what, just give me a refund and I am going to take my business elsewhere"He looks at me as he literally shoves my phone back at me and says "What do you think I was doing? And good luck getting the banner anywhere else because you won't get it".By far the worst customer service I have experienced. All I asked for was communication on what was going on. I will never shop here again.Management and staff really need to be retrained in customer service.

I went to Office Depot to have copies made and received the worst customer service I have had in a long time. The person "helping" me was so rude and made it very clear I was being a bother. She didn't explain anything, but gave one-word answers and never stopped working at the computer. I normally don't get frustrated like this, but this was a situation where I had to turn around and walk out. I'm glad I did, I got much better service and pricing through Fed Ex Office.

The DAYTON MALL Store manager for afternoons, instead of assuming that the product I made a complaint about after I purchased it was bad, he assumed and approached me as if I stole it!!! It was very inappropriate!!! When I went back to the store and he saw my receipt, he never apologized but called it a rare situation!!! When I tried to contact a higher supervisor, I was hung up on....!!! OFFICE DEPOT HAD HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS INSTANCE....!!! YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO CONTACT THEM FOR COMPLAINTS!!!

I don't go to Office Depot as much as I used to, due to the distance since my local store shut down, but the staff are always helpful, knowledgeable, and patient.
