I was sent an email in August 2024 saying my renters insurance document was expiring. I printed out document and took it to the office on three days- Office closed. On there website the office should have been opened. Tried calling the phone number for Susan (during hours of operation) and it says her phone has blocked calls. Even tried calling corporate manager A Jenkins - no answer !
! Very upset with there customer service !!

This facility is one of the nicest storage facilities I have ever used. The facility is very clean, secure and easy to access. Their loading dock access options made it easy to move-in, and the quality weather and security infrastructure around the building has kept me from ever worrying about the safety of my property. I visited a few other storage facilities in Dayton prior to choosing this one, and I think they offer the best service for the price.

I rented a space here to store my son's things while in college. The facility is secure, clean and well run. The prices are fair and reasonable. We will be using it again for next summer break.

I have had a great experience with this storage unit even when I moved in and didn’t have the full amount to pay they allowed me to make payments and pay the remaining balance owed in my next months payment! I’ve had no issues in the time I’ve been there they work with you the best they can.

Good storage place, but never any carts around, and now you have to make an appointment to use the freight elevator. I never know when I'm going to have to use that. Unless I can make same day appointments, then I might need to find somewhere else.

Nice indoor units. Good size parking lot. The 2 large bay doors are a nice feature. The area has gotten a little better. Still very active. The manager Susan that works in the office is very nice and helpful. I give 4 stars because they restrict access to the units after 10pm.

If I could write it zero Stars I would. This particular company sometime ago used a third party for Staffing, whatever the case may be they decided to ditch the third party and higher on their own sometime during this process the company had to get everyone's information again because nothing was transferred. I really feel like during this process this third party that used to work for the company broke into people's storage unit took what they wanted and got away with it, knowing that the company would have no record of it. The only way you find out about your things being missing is if you actually check on your unit or you go pick it up. The company wouldn't know about it either because that third party cut your lock and replace it with one of the companies lock it won't be the right one, everyone that was there before the company took over will have to have their locks cut and because there's no evidence of the latch being messed up your insurance will not work. FYI cutting the lock off the latch will not damage the latch itself so the insurance they have will not cover you. The most common way to break in someone's storage unit is to cut the lock and just to let you know the insurance doesn't cover that unless the latch is damaged and nine times out of 10 it won't be. Please please please if you have a storage unit there and it's been there for a while, go check on it and remove your things. Just to let you know they do have cameras but those cameras only go back so far. If you're not a person that checks on their things at least once a month, please avoid them. The staff they have in there now was really nice her name was Susan and that was about it.

I’ve had a unit here about 18 months. It is climate controlled, which is nice you don’t have to load/unload in the heat/cold, and it’s kept pretty clean. Any time I have had questions or issues they have always been nice and easy to communicate with, like they actually HEAR your concerns. I will continue renting here as long as I need storage.
