It's not a bad little place, but there are only 12 washers, and 5 of those were out of order. Seems to be kept pretty clean. I did use their drop-off laundry service on a previous trip and was pretty pleased with the outcome of that. It was pricey, but I had a fair amount of laundry that needed done and it was finished the same day.Edit to add: Right after I left the above review, I walked out to my car to grab my dryer sheets since my wash loads were coming to an end. I walked back in, and some random person was trying to take my stuff out of the washer that had just stopped. I understand that this isn't necessarily the laundromat's fault as they can't control their customer's actions. However, maybe if most of the washers weren't out of order, people wouldn't feel the need to remove someone else's stuff so that they could use a washer. Needless to say, I will not be back and will drive out of my way to go to a different laundromat.

It's ok really small washer but the dryers definitely get the job done. The change machine only takes 1 5 an 10s

The only negative I will ever come up with for Patterson Park Laundromat is its name. It is far more than a laundromat. I think maybe more of a laundry service. Excellent service it is. The friendly professionalism of the staff only makes it that much better. If I owned a tuxedo and or a fur coat I would take them there to be cleaned! If I had several pair of dirty socks needing cleaning I could take them there!! I almost forgot to say that the outstanding view of the rolling Meadows and vast Forests of Patterson Park make the visit well worth it alone.

"DO NOT" use the dry cleaning side. I took in 3 pieces and they lost a Brooks Brother jacket. Went back 3 times trying to find the owner he didn't even have the respect to call me. He has no intention of taking careof the problem. So court I'll go! Shame on him!!!

Everything is dirty, the washers leak, and the dryers aren't hot enough. Go somewhere else.

I've never actually been to this location, but I spoke to an associate who was very helpful. He offered his advice and offered answers to all of my questions. My experience, though limited was good.
