Items were shipped separate. Not notified until later the 2nd item was on it's way. The 2nd item was the one I needed most, and it's late. I guess I'll shop with Amazon now.

Went in for a dog shedding rake / comb. This store is always nice & well kept. The layout is sensible and enjoyable to browse. Ultimately I found what I came in for. Staff was friendly and efficient at check out.

The clerk was super helpful. Took the tone to walk me thru the store even though she was stocking and also checking at the register. I'm going back to get her name so I can write the company. She was so nice.

Had a grooming appointment that took more than a month to get, brought my dog there only to be told that what I had VERY specifically requested would not be honored. When I made the appointment I told the person( who was the same person that told me she wouldn’t honor it at the desk as I’m standing there with my dog) that I had to pick up my dog by 3:00, as I had to be at work by 4:00. I was told absolutely no problem. The day of, when I’m there, she said no way my dog could be be picked up before 5:00. I won’t be back.
