Bought my 2007 Chevy Trail Blazer from them maybe 6 months ago. Shortly after our purchase we had to replace the water pump. Oil was not leaking but burning, so having to dump oil in it about twice a week. Now on 6/8/2023 had to have it towed to shop and the found out the whole motor is shot in it. Oh and we paid $10,000 out the door bought and paid for. Now stuck with a car that needs a new motor and having to buy a different car. Needless to say we are going through a Chevy house dealership in Troy.

My husband and I have went to this dealership twice looking for a replacement vehicle. The first time we arrived I stayed in the car while my husband got out and looked. The gentleman working there never even got out of the car he was in to help my husband. He yelled at him from the driver seat of the car he was working on/with yelling him the lowest he would go on a car and that's the extent of the help he received. We went back a second time the next day because my husband wanted to test drive the car he had liked the previous day. This time I got out of the car and a gentleman did come out this time. He opened the car for my husband and he started it. We started looking at the truck next to it and the man went inside and said if we needed him to come inside. Ok, so my husband went to the door to ask if he could test drive the car we came back to the lot to look at. The guy had locked the door on my husband and when he came out he said "no you can't test drive the car unless you're going to buy it." To which my husband said "I would like to drive it before I can tell you I will be buying it" the gentleman replied "I have to go to my sons football game so unless you're buying the car you can't drive it" to me it seems like this gentleman or gentlemen at this location don't seem to want to help my husband based on how he looks. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I tried to buy a jeep cherokee from you you had on your lot you were stubborn and wouldnt sell it to me , i offered a fair price , the tranny was weird but you sold it to tbe junk and lost money i offered you above the junk price but you blew me off and i drove down there to see it and your help told me i cant have it , you were Unfair To Me !!!!
