Loud crying babies, screaming children for an hour and a half next door to my appointment. Why? So unprofessional. Who brings children to work in a spa services environment? Please correct. Im sad for my consultant renting this space with uncontrollable neighbors baby care on both sides next to her. Terrible for clients. I hate to go elsewhere. I couldn't wait to leave today. Going down fast.

As a renter at Phenix Phenix Salon Suites, I love it it here, Mike our owner is hands down the best person I’ve ever rented from. He’s always making sure the building is clean, quick to fix any problems that may arise, and is always finding ways to improve the appearance of our common areas.

Kaitlyn cut my short curly hair. She did a great job and I really like it. It felt like I was at home with this young lady. She's possibly the nicest, sweetest, down-to-earth friendly person I've ever met. I'll definitely be going back 🫶

It says walk-ins welcome on the door. My review is not at all towards any of the staff because I didn't have the pleasure to even TRY an experience there... my review is towards the owner to make them aware walk-ins, but there's a pass code on the front door.. maybe you shouldn't accept walk-ins.

Kara Stephens did my hair, I loved the pink-a-boo color she did. Lasted forever, next time I went back I had her take the pink out and blend it with a natural blonde. The products I bought are great. Kara recommended these products my hair hasn’t been the same it has grown, no frizzies, the color is bright and shiny all the time. I have used well water for over 40 years. This is the first time I’ve been to a beautician that has done my hair and shared with me things to use for well water. Thank you again Kara Stephens.
