The two massage chairs and only one jet bed are really old, worn out, and need updated "they need NEW ONE'S. They put new covers on them to make them look better but they need new ones, updated ones like the others Planet Fitness clubs. They updated the club to be like the other clubs all except the massage chairs and jet bed. Come on franchise owner of Planet Fitness at Airway shopping center in Dayton, Ohio. Do the right thing and update the massage chairs and jet bed.

1. Dirty showers2. I don’t know what clock these people use here, but they turned off all the shower lights 10 minutes prior to closing?? I’m responsible enough to set my timer on my phone by then, but I was nearly NAKED when they turned the lights off!! ENTIRELY UNACCEPTABLE!!And if you’re the owner reading this, if you’re telling your employees to do this, YOU SUCK!!I HATE IT!!! When businesses close way too close to closing time just because they’re workers don’t want to be there anymore!!

Hostile to traveling members! Would not allow me to work out, did not know how to look up my phone #, black card member for over a decade. Staff members condescending and apathetic. Supposed to be able to use ANY PF. But not this one!

I joined airway because it had everything I needed in one place. The construction? Ridiculous.. How many months has there been no tanning etc now? The planet fitness on airway has been an under construction inconvenience for what almost a year now.
