Cant get into the building. When you walk in the door you are in a tiny space and then they try to buzz you in a tinier place with rolling sticking out bars that make it impossible for a big overweight claustrophobic girl to go through. I got stuck, soiled myself and they had to call the squad to get me out. They also searched me for weapons. I probably will sue.

how about some signage for your parking lot for those of us whoe visit at at night in the dark and aren't familiar with your parking lot & drive thru atm. and while you're at it, the bushes pulling up to the atm need attention ASAP! i didn't appreciate them scratching the hell out of my truck!!

March 28 9:30 am. A bouncy lady teller in the bank lobby gets asked for 20 dollars in quarters & the rest of a 100 dollar bill in 20s. He reply is“Sorry if I do that your getting more than the bank” ???If you don’t understand the question or can’t count to 100 please call for assistance or ask to further your training.

Don't join this bank you wont be happy they have customer no service been with this since 1998 when I started with them it was national city bank .I go in the bank today to exchange 26 dollars from rolled coins to paper money i gave them my my account# and my name and the teller said it was wrong so they made me go home for id or debit card so I brought it back they are huddle around singing happy birthday to a phone so I guess that's why they sent home I hate changing bank but I'm done I would not let them take care of my pet let alone your money I would have gave them 0 stars had there been an option for that

This location is an awesome branch. They are very helpful with excellent customer service. I was in the branch this morning and it was a wonderful experience all around. Bravo to the service I received!!

The personnel at this branch have always been polite, cheerful, and more than competent every time I have been there. The negative reviews I see here do not at all reflect my own experience.

The employee's at this breach are very Disrespectful! They need training on customer service badly. I have lost two ATM cards due to their machine malfunctioning , and they shredded them knowing this was due to there machine. So I had replace both cards at my own expense. All they told me was to talk to my bank. Either way I have to replace my card. Ridiculous!!!
