The branches really are subpar in customer service. I can't count on two hands without starting over how bad the customer interface and cueing system works. Quotas for the glass enclosed bankers are more important than people. I have been interrupted by those same bankers repeatedly calling me to get me to come to their branch for a meeting. They call me during my work hours. Then when you need them, their phones are on DND so they can make their quota calls. Hmmm. Look outside your windows and do things to exceed customers' expectations rather than inspire us to change banking options. Seriously. Catch up with the times.

Absolute worst customer service. You have to scan a barcode, and then answer 5 questions (individually sent to you by text) in order ask a banker a question. I was the only person there to see a banker! Then, it took me 28 minutes to cancel my credit card by phone. Sad.

Terrible customer service. In this day and age when people have so many options of who to bank with customer service becomes key to getting and keeping customers. With that in mind, you really need to train the employees in this location on the above. Closed my account. Won’t be back.

I've had nothing but fantastic service at this branch. Drive through is quick. Inside teller windows are fast, and the tellers themselves are polite and helpful. Convenient to Dorthy Lane Market, AND a great vanilla latte at Boston Stoker in DLM. Win, win, WIN.

Hands down best bank I’ve ever used . Prior to them I had used 5/3 rd , Liberty.... They are always on top of it, friendly and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. High quality service.

What type of bank doesn't have a atm that is accessible at all hours it's insanely annoying I don't think I have ever been to a more inconvenient bank in my life , this is hands down the most annoying pnc branch

As soon as I walked in was I greeted by Kyle Zeller, branch sales and service associate. He was polite and very professional. I had my new virtual wallet account opened in 25 minutes and I couldn't have asked for a better experience in this bank. The clerks were also very welcoming and I'm sure I'll be coming here often. Thank you.

Service is quick, personable, friendly. And PNC has products that other banks like Chase don't have, i.e. Virtual Wallet where you can save and allocate money easily with free savings (no minimum balance necessary like Chase), and free checking for students and also 62 yrs old. Based on past comments, Mgmt is obviously improving customer experience.

I went there because their ATM was down at DLM.. None of the 3 tellers were open at 9:35 am. I needed change for a $20 bill after using their ATM inside. They asked for my Bank card to look up my account for change? Really they saw I was in a hurry. Just open your drawer and give me 2 $10 bills. Woman said she needed to look up my account. Every time I go there it takes 20 minutes to do a withdrawal. Terrible, terrible bank.....

I sometimes will go out of my way just to come to this branch. The bank manager Sam Rassi makes me feel like family every time Im there and I notice how well the whole staff treats their members. Small town banking feel that I absolutely love.
