Signed up online for an appointment with the baker. It said I was next in line and refuse to serveMy problem probably would’ve put five minutes to stall. I came 15 minutes before they said they had an appointment at 1 o’clock and it was gonna take a full hour ask for the branch manager’s car they wrote down his name and gave me the PNC Bank number.If the branch manager could call me, I would greatly appreciate that.

I've banked with PNC for a while and haven't had many issues. Lately for the last 6 months they've called me multiple times leaving a message saying "this isn't an urgent call but it's important" and every time I call back it's pointless. Seems like a sales tactic to get me to take out a loan, which is messed up during a pandemic. Very frustrating and annoying.
