Loved the convenience of picking when/what was sent in each of our PODs. Sent THREE different PODS on three separate occasions so we could transfer household items at our convenience. No damage to contents! Drivers were all professional and obviously experienced. Totally satisfied; would certainly use PODS again and recommend.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this company over the month I've worked with them. Customer service reps don't know what they're talking about, drivers don't know what they're doing. Even getting on the phone to speak with a rep is a huge hassle. They broke multiple of my items and didn't pick up the unit on the scheduled day. Awful!!

PODS was awesome! Delivery and pickup went very smoothly. The phone reps were very helpful and informative. During my home remodeling, the ease of having my belongings right outside my door was priceless. We were able to move items in and out at our pace. I would recommend PODS and use them again.

I will not recommend PODS to anyone. My experience with PODS is really bad. It's like a black hole. My shipping was cancelled because PODS claimed that I did not signed and submitted Spongy Moth and Spotted Lantern Fly Forms which I did in the first place. After I submitted the forms and received "successfully submitted" confirmation, I still kept receiving emails to ask me to submit the forms. I called CS to confirm what else I need to do, I was told everything was ok, when my container was supposed to be shipped out, I was notified that it was cancelled. At that time, I submitted the forms again by email, I send the CS screenshot of the email, the agent said they still not receive the forms. I don't understand it is the PODS system that has issue or it is the agent who I spoke to was not trained well. It took three more days to get the forms fixed. Then I request expediting shipment, the agent did send request to their logistic team, then they asked me to be patient and wait for 48 to 72 hours to get response from their logistic team. How ridiculous, if I have time to wait for three days to just hear a response, I won't call my situation as urgent! Since the original departure date to now, my issue has not been resolved. No matter how many times I call the customer service, I was told I should be patient. PODS' mistake, I pay for it. Is that fair? The experience with PODS is really bad. I still don't know when my issue can be resolved. I have to cancel my flight, reschedule my move-in date with new apartments, reschedule the mover, waste a one night hotel, etc. If you don't want to pay for PODS's mistake, do not use them.

Was not entirely pleased with the fact that I was quoted a grand total for a moving service and then charged $200 more than agreed upon. Do not recommend.
