If you are looking for paintless dent repair in the Dayton area, save yourself some time spent searching and just take your car to Gary! Gary was very responsive and got me in immediately, prices were great, and work was executed perfectly. Gary is a master of his craft, put simply. I will use Gary for any future work I need done and recommend him for any PDR work you need done.

Preferred Dent Repair is the best! I had a small dent in the driver's side door and Gary fixed and painted it in about 1/2 hour and it looks great! The price was extremely reasonable. I truly appreciate Gary's professionalism and honesty. I do not hesitate to recommend this place and I will definitely use him again.

Had a small dent from a falling walnut on a vinyl-wrapped hood. He was able to get it out quick, without damaging the vinyl, and at a good price. Nothing else you could ask for!

I brought a 1994 Roadmaster to Preferred Dent Repair to have a couple dings fixed. Gary found dents I didn't even know were there, most likely increasing the value of the car far beyond the cost of the dent removal. Preferred Dent Repair deserves a 5-Star rating! Gary James, Owner/Technician provided top notch service repairing 3 dents in my car in a timely and professional manner. My husband and I were even invited into the shop to watch how these repairs were done. My car looks perfect!! Gary quoted a price to me over the phone that was very reasonable. I would recommend Preferred Dent Repair to all my family and friends!! Great location, lots of restaurants around if you wait for service.

Words cannot express how great of an experience I just had at Preferred Dental Repair. The owner, Gary, is top notch in every aspect of this business, and incredibly talented at what he does. Long story no-so-short, I’ve had a golf ball sized dent in the roof of my 1999 Mustang since I bought it back in 2010. It was very noticeable to me and it ate at me everyday knowing it was there. In the past I had called some other paintless dent repair shops, and I was told that the headliner would need to be removed from my car, and because it is glued in, it probably wouldn’t look right after it was reinstalled. I couldn’t find a shop that was willing to try to repair it from the outside. On a whim I sent Gary a facebook message based on some recommendations from a local car enthusiast facebook group. He messaged me back very quickly, and said he was willing to give it a try, but would want to see it first before he could promise me anything. No problem, I told him that I would swing by the following day. I showed up the next morning and he took the car into his shop IMMEDIATELY. He assessed the dent, gave me his expert opinion, and minutes later started attacking the dent. A few hours later and boom, the dent has disappeared! I hung out with him while he was working and had some great conversations the entire time as well!! His customer service is incredible, and his talent is unmatched. In 15 years, only one person other than myself has ever worked on or touched this car, and Gary just became the second. Needless to say I don’t trust many people due to the sentimental attachment I have to the car. I had a good feeling about Gary, he DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! I know it was just a small dent to some, but the happiness it brings me from not ever having to see it again is amazing. Thank you again!!

What an AWESOME place to get your Truck fix! We had a couple dents and scratches on our new 2025 Silverado fixed by Gary today! The customer service is one of the best that I have dealt with in a long time! Professional ALL THE WAY! Was also very supported with any questions we had for the future regarding our Truck! I can not tell you how happy we are! We will pass Gary's information to anyone that is needing work done!
