On July 2nd at noon, I went in for a pedicure. Unfortunately, the nail technician accidentally scraped the skin off my heel, causing it to bleed into the water and onto my foot. When I pointed this out to the owner and expressed that I didn’t want to pay for the pedicure, she insisted that the nail tech had worked hard on my feet and deserved to be compensated for his efforts. In the end, she agreed to charge me half the price. This kind of business practice is unacceptable, and I won't be returning there.

I have been patronizing Pronail,for about 20 years.I Love the staff.Sonia is my nail tech.She is wonderful.She does my nails,and my pedicures.I would not go anywhere else.

The lady was nice. Loved my feet but my hands look a mess. The polish and shape is sloppy and to pay extra for gel and French tips I’m 100% unsatisfied. Just to be told I can be refunded or fixed if they see something wrong.

I asked for tips,acrilic no color, natural shape($70).They Couldn't properly do it and got mad when I was unhappy with my UNDONE NAILS they were so proud off it and instead filling In my nails like i paid for the owner told me what my nails SHOULD look like instead of fulfilling the customers desires. They would rather refund my money than fill in the nails..then drilled and broke my nails to the skin almost to remove them ,,they have lost a customer forever and I'm proud of that .my nails won't be black or back..

I DROPPED MY 12 YEAR OLD SISTER OFF TO GET HER NAILS DONE AND CAME BACK WHEN SHE WAS READY SUPPOSEDLY THEY WHERE CLOSING AND TOLD HER TO WALK ACROOS TH STREET AND WAIT FOR ME TO COME BACK AND GET HER. WHO TELLS A 12 YEAR OLD TO WALK ACROSS BUSY SALEM TO WAIT FOR THEIR RIDE AT MCDONALDS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL NEVER GOING BACK !!

i went here to get my nails soaked off it was 21.50 and when i left i realized the acrylic was still on my nails a few days went by and one of my finger started to turn green I had to go to my doctor and get ointment, but my finger still hurts . ( my index finger )

See update: There’s a few good technicians, but beware, they have no regard for the natural nail, thinning the nail almost to the meat with that drill. I keep it simple, use them for emergencies and a pedi once in a while no gel or acrylic, regular polish only.
So, this is my last visit at Pronail. I only get my feet polished and just from a month ago they went from 16 to 21 dollars. I don’t have a problem with that if you paint my nails professionally. The pinky toe isn’t painted all the way and the big toe looks chipped and this picture is the same day they polished my feet. Not only that, I don’t use gel nail polish on my finger nails. The main tech wants to say if I get regular polish it’s a waste of money. First off, you give the customer what they want and secondly, before gel that’s what was used, regular polish and why customers have the option to do both. Maybe it’s not me wasting my money, but your techs would have my nails looking like my toes, dunno going somewhere else!
