So I went to location n the kiosk was horrible told me so much that I didn’t like I was trying to add my girl n stuff but they kept saying no. The rep just disappeared from the screen I then got a call the next day an it was from Tiffany who was at a different location but offered to help she was cool and told me I could add my girl, went over everything when the kiosk was trying to just hush me n move along I ain’t ready to rent but she pushed my thing out till the 1st so I could rent then. I don’t recommend the kiosk but I do wanna give Tiffany a shout out

We received excellent service on-site from Robbin. This location is a kiosk location (meaning there isn't a person there permanently), and we experienced a few issues with finalizing our reservation through the kiosk. But Robbin did a wonderful job of helping us through the process and finalizing our reservation, even staying late to make sure everything worked out. Thank you, Robbin!

My unit was absolutely full of stink bugs there absolutely no excuse for it. Half of the items I stored in my unit were covered in bugs after I pulled them out place is absolutely disgusting.

Be weary renting from this company. Update to post! 2 months since I moved everything to a different storage facility. I received a letter from a collections for the month of April. I was no longer at this facility in April. I had called and left a message at the beavercreek site because no live agents work there. I put my move out date on the app as well and they are trying to charge me for a month I did not use. I would not trust renting from them. When called customer service they offered to waive half of a month I did not rent in.
Terrible facility. Do not rent from them. I had a space for 2 months and they raised the rent $45 for same space. When making online payment the system froze and it had me do it again resulting in payment coming out twice. The office manager or corporate would not refund it. Said my account would be credited for the amount and I would owe less the next month. That month they charged me late fees and put a lien on the unit. No live person at facility to speak with.

It was amazing, as a first time storage renter and a student. The process was nice and relaxing all thanks to Gina T. She helped me so much and I'm so thankful for her help.

We used the Kiosk at the Beavercreek OH location, and everything was very easy to to do. The units are newer and clean and the process of renting was very simple

I rented a storage space today and I was so very impressed with the service! They have a kiosk that makes things super simple, but Rob the facility manager helped me personally. His attention to detail and the care he took was next level. Thank you Rob for helping me today!

Everything about this particular Storage Facility has been nothing short of Amazing! Besides a minor mixup in the beginning with a billing issue the district manager Fred took the time within his day to personally contact me and resolved the issue very quickly. Both Debrah & Andrew stayed in touch with me throughout my entire out of state move & informed me of the gate access hours, my unit number, and once my moving company arrived Debrah met them outside to open the gate for them & personally walked me to my unit & gave me my lock & insurance pamphlet and answered all questions that I had. Also informed me about the Public Storage App, where it can make opening the gate alot easier & gives you instant access to upcoming bill statements,etc. If your looking for a storage facility that’s actually hands on & that has a staff that will keep you informed from the smallest to the biggest details…Look no further! Public Storage on 580 Orchard Lane Beavercreek Ohio is definitely your storage facility!! Thanks again to all the wonderful staff, and a very big thanks to the district manager Fred for explaining what happened & for resolving that minor billing mishap & getting it corrected instantaneously! I’m a customer who’s needing long term storage & I’m very happy & feel very comfortable knowing I’m doing business with such a great team. Thanks again, God Bless??

I stopped at the office to confirm prior information received by phone. The individual that I contacted and spoke with (Deborah) made the process so simple that we were able to complete the registration in a matter of minutes. With her help we were able to get the last available unit for the size we needed. It did not show up online. She presented all of the detail in a very professional manner. Had she not helped, I would still be looking for a unit, I believe.

It was pretty easy to rent a space. No contracts. Month to month. The units aren't controlled. The unit I rented has two mini steps to enter it that make it very difficult to load and this location doesn't offer any sort of solution to this problem.

Great storage location. Clean and tidy. Have a couple units there and have been very happy overall. I did have a few issues I needed help with and Debrah was very friendly and helpful! Thank you!
