The laundry is clean and tidy, but unfortunately, some customers wash their pets' clothes, and that's disgusting. We all love animals, but each thing has its place.

Nice and clean in there but one of the top load wash machines we used the one on end to be exact was broke we literally had to take the clothes out and ring them out by hand luckily we only had under a half load in that machine. There's no staff on site at time. They do have a nice amount a table booths to sit at while your clothes wash. Just be sure to have cash in hand to get your dollar coins out machine you need to wash there is no ATM near by.

As laundromats go, this one is fine. You don't have to use cards and there is a change machine there.

Went in to quickly dry a padded covering for a full body lounge chair but $3 and 45 mins later I left with a still damp chair cover. Dryers barely dry and force you to spend $1 (dollar coins only) for 16 mins. No option to add a few quarters for extra minutes nor does the machine give you back your quarters if you accidentally put them in the machine. Washers were expensive, $4 for a single load. It’s 19° outside with snow and they don’t have the heater on inside at 11:30 in the afternoon. I froze inside the whole time there. First and last time going there.

They keep this place clean, machines are kept well and modern, and the coin machines have those $1 coins so that makes using the machines easier! One of the best laundry mats I have ever been to!

I'm in Dayton on TDY. I needed to do laundry and chose Q Laundry because it's close to my Hotel.First impression was, the facility is clean and well maintained.Washer #35's coin mechanism was jammed, I figured it out after putting four one dollar coins in.I called the phone number on the door, leaving a message, within a few short minutes I recieved a text. Instructing me to stand in front of the soap vending machine, and text when I was there. Sure enough, magically, once I did that, four one dollar coins dropped into the coin return cup on the machine.Impressive, weird, and a bit creepy (I'm not young lol), but very, high tech and modern customer service.Cheers to Q Laundry!Definitely a go to laundry if you're close by!

What laundry mat doesn't accept quarters. I specifically save these for laundry days and decided to try a new place. I'll be going back to my other which is less expensive and allows quarters for purchase.

For starters I used a machine which requires coin dollars that you retrieved from their dispenser one of the machines required $4 which I put in the machine it only registered three so I went ahead put another again it ganked me so I was afraid to move forward had to use another machine it took me for $2. The store was unclean inside one of the washers it was full of hair appeared to be from pets. The best I can say is be careful look in your machines before using and prepare to be ganked. The day I went the store was filthy it was trash all over the floor on the machines on the tables.

This is the second trip we have made to the Ohio area in the past twelve months. First for my mother's funeral and again for family business. Both trips we have used Q Laundry and was more than satisfied.

It seemed nice and clean enough but I only saw that the machines were coin operated. I didn't have cash and didn't want a pocket full of change afterwards.
