Worst place ever you can never get anyone to answer the phone and if you do they are rude and just the same when you go to get the prescription they need to take classes on how to deal with people or if they don't want to do their job then find another there's no way should take a day or 2 to fill a prescription

you have one job as a pharmacy and you can’t even do that. switching immediately. do not go here if you’re expecting to be able to get your prescriptions when you need it. also, answer the phone! smh.

I would give zero stars if able pharmacist very unprofessional very rude everyday I drive over wasting my time energy and gas to be told no I said tomorrow no I said tomorrow no I said the 12th even gaslighting me that he said something different I will be changing pharmacies and will be praying for this pharmacist future victims

Pharmacy customer service is so rude and unprofessional. They don’t know how to communicate when it come to someone’s medication. Pharmacist is too busy to talk to customers to explain why medication is late. Their only excuse they had was that they was understaffed and the auto message don’t come through their computer. That’s not my problem that sounds like a company issue. Will be switching pharmacy asap.

Absolute worst pharmacy. Sometimes they don't answer the phone and just keep putting you on hold. Or you get stuck in a loop. No one even answers. They cannot possibly be that busy or understaffed with how frequent this happens. Doesn't matter the time of day. Will be switching pharmacies.

*RITE AIDE IS DOING IT RIGHT..Customer service is an example of outstanding quality!non- judgmental or biased toward customers. Readily helpful to customer needs. THANKFULLY RITE AIDE TREATS PEOPLE WITH RESPECT AND UPON ENTERING & LEAVING YOU FEEL THAT YOU'RE PATRONAGE IS WELCOME AND APPRECIATED.I RECOMMEND THIS RITE AIDE TO ANYONE REGARDLESS OF RACE, GENDER OR OBVIOUS FINANCIAL OR LIVING STATUS.*The gas station/ convenience store to the left of Rite Aide is the oppositeThe manager and some of the employees are really rude, disrespectful and judgmental toward customers& could use some training, lessons by example from rite aide employees and manager.THANK YOU RITE AIDE EMPLOYEES

Terrible pharmacy! I came to pick up a prescription that was for 30 days taken twice daily for a total of 60 pills. They gave me a bottle listed as 30 pills so a 15 day supply. The pharmacist lied to me when I took it back and told me it was the insurance company denying my 60 pills for the initial filling and that the rest would be available when I refill in 15 days. I went back and they gave me another bottle with only 30 pills. I called the insurance company and they said there was never a denial to dispense 60 pills. So essentially I paid more than what I should have and wasted time and energy and was lied to by a pharmacist. Picking up my anxiety medication should not cause anxiety. YOU ARE MESSING WITH PEOPLE'S HEALTH!!!! HAVE SOME INTEGRITY!!!!

The pharmacy is just a joke. It has gotten worse over the years. Tried to call to refill my prescription and the young lady was just so rude. First it was the prescription wasn’t available and then it changed to I have to wait till next week because they were out of it. Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star. They need to get better customer service people. Place is an absolute joke.

The pharmacy isn't worth the 1 star. The place is a headache and you have to wait days/many hours to even get the prescription filled. The icing on top, the 30 min wait in the drive thru line.Hard pass.

I went to the doctor on July 10th, blood work done same day. Appt on the following Friday for results. Medication orders placed. I gave them an additional day and even updated file and tell the 7pm next day. Go to drive thru and medication not read, stated one needs approval. Called the doctors office left them a message. Go back today. Other medication still not ready. Asked what the problem was. Stayed not approved. Then says wait a moment I think I can check and see if the fax was responded too, for authorization. Well I don’t know who goes in to the doctor and want’s to give themselves a shot of insulinBut today is the 25th and it hasn’t even been ordered. I attempted to call the doctor, I will speak to them tomorrow, definitely

They text that a script is ready but when you get there it's a 2 hour wait. They NEVER answer the phone and speak to everyone very rudly. I would suggest going anywhere else.

The coolers are NEVER cold! I can't count how many times I've stopped in Rite Aid to get something to drink and it's piss warm. So disappointing tbh, what's the point of the coolers then? Yall aren't even bothered to fix them

This pharmacy is so under staffed corporate should be fired!!! Took 2 days to fill my script( cause I couldn't wait 45 min I'm so sick) went back next day through drive threw were one guy was doing inside and drive through waited over an hr to get to window to wait another 30 min for scripts that were filled to get shorted one prescription ! I don't blame the staff I blame corporate for being to cheap to hire some help! Now I'm sick as heck have to go back up there to wait again! This use to be such a good pharmacy I was a Long time customer in Florida, West Virginia ( before you closed them) but I WILL NOT BE A CUSTOMER HERE IN Dayton till you get them some HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
