My father needed his watch fixed quickly and everywhere I called the watch would be sent out. The gentleman fixed his watch within 30 minutes and made it slightly smaller and repaired a link. My 92yr old father said it was perfect and fit better now than before. Cost was reasonable. Very professional with a kind attitude.
