We worked with Eric C. to do some sealcoating and parking lot striping recently. His communication, patience, and kindness were off the charts. Our tech missed a couple of arrows from the work order. Eric penned a polite email about it, and we corrected the mistake after a few days of rain. It's nice to work with good people like him. We would be pleased to help Runners Plus anytime.

Great options of running shoes at the same price as the big box stores and (most importantly) individualized try-on experience. Great 30-day return policy, too! Employees have always treated us with respect and they have a military discount! Our family has bought most our shoes from here for about ten years and will continue.

Ordered New Balance sprinter spikes from these folks right around Christmas. The shoes came apart in the 3rd race they were used. That's a New Balance issue, not Runner's Plus. I emailed, got a return authorization, and postage paid return label. Got the refund as soon as they got them back. Perfect service from a bad experience with the shoes. Order from them with confidence!

Wife wanted a pair of Hoka’s that were no longer offered by Hoka. Runners Plus came in clutch. They had her size and color. Delivered in two days with free shipping. Will definitely order from them again.

First experience with this place and my last. Ordered a pair of spikes. Order processed without any issues. A day later I get an email that the spikes I ordered were being held for another customer and I was offered a mediocre pair. No thanks!! How about you update your website with your correct inventory because you were quick to take my money yesterday. Horrible experience.

First time in this store on 3/21 around 6pm and I walk in and THREE young females make eye contact and don’t say a word.. while sitting on the counter on their phones. I mean customer service is lacking 100 %. However the young male with glasses made the experience better since he came over to me, was nice and offered help. Do better!!!!

I have wide feet (2E) so finding shoes in brick-and-mortar stores is always so difficult. To my surprise, they had TONS of wide sizes. I tried on a ton of them. Katie helped me. She was so patient, knowledgeable and kind. She was helping multiple people at once but still made me feel like a priority and still continuously checked on me until I was completely satisfied and had my mind made up! I can't believe I have gone my whole live wearing $50 shoes. So happy with my purchase. Saucony Echelon 9.
