Very disappointed. selling furniture missing cushions, recliners with food stains and ripped for $150.00 A rocking chair for $130.00. ALL OF THIS IS USED.
This is disgusting. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves.

Prices are stupid expensive here, above retail pricing for fair-to-middling, second-hand goods. Don’t waste your time.

Prices are ridiculous. Most items were damaged or dirty and priced as much as new unused merchandise. Anything that was in good condition was behind glass or labeled "do not touch". Hard to believe they are meeting the goal of selling items to contribute to charity.

There are two stores in one here. One side is a Liquidation area, the rest is Thrift. Both sides have great pricing, most a lot cheaper than Goodwill, some, the same.
I was dropping a carload off things off. The only issue I had was the lady at the donation door saying what they can't take. This after I told her I called and spoke with the owner about what they take and do not take. There is a buzzer for the donation door, and they do give a receipt.
Otherwise, everyone else was polite and helpful.
Would love to see the upper clothing racks lowered, difficult to grab things from.
Front doors are not ADA compliant, but they were already open.

I went yesterday to try to find a coffee table but unfortunately their furniture prices are a little expensive for a thrift store. But, since i was there to look i found other great finds that were very decently priced and is a good place for other things than furniture!

We saw some really nice furniture items, but as many of the other reviews state, everything is way over priced. If they would, I don't know, maybe half their prices, we would have spent a couple hundred dollars on on some really nice pieces that we were eyeballing...Instead, we spent $0. ?♀️

One of the best thrift stores I’ve ever been to! Clean, organized, doesn’t smell weird (IYKYK) as they said to me in the store “thrift doesn’t have to be dirty” and that’s exactly what this store shows! Will be going back, for sure!

The St Francis Thrift Store practices extremely poor customer relations. Especially towards our Military and Veteran service members. I recommend avoiding this store.

Lovely shopping experience with wide aisles that are easy to navigate with a walker or wheelchair. Very large with a wide selection of furniture, books, DVDs, and clothing. Clothing is arranged according to size and color. Lots of household items.
The people are very helpful and kind. They obviously take pride in their store.

There’s no reason donated furniture should be sold at retail price just absolutely ridiculous!

Let's Be Generous Here. Not sure where the anger comes from but i felt it in my soul from one of the individuals running the place. ? Seems customer service isn't a thing as I left with a sour taste and will never return. There's better ways to engage with people than yelling and screaming.

mostly junk, worst, and most expensive thrift store I've ever been in.... Who's pricing this stuff !? Need a used couch and chair for $1300 that is 20 years old?? Someone needs to learn, just because something is old does't make it collectible, let alone a top dollar item.... I should have taken photos to add to the review. Maybe next time, if I ever step foot in there again...

Love this place and its employees. Whoever decorates it has a lot of talent. Lots of good buys* (even things you wouldn't expect like light bulbs), much to see, very friendly and helpful employees that always greet you. Easy checkout. Only drawbacks are the jewelry case that has to be locked up and I wish you could drop off items easier than going around back and waiting. *seasonal decorations, antiques, books, videos, DVD's, clothes, furniture, kitchen items, dishes, pictures, frames, magazines, health items like shampoo/shower gel, gift baskets.

The cashier tonight (3/6/24) was extremely rude to a developmentally disabled patron claiming she made a "nasty" face after the cashier smiled at her. Regardless of the abilities of the person I was with, it's incredibly rude, inappropriate, and unprofessional to confront someone in that manner and not stop until you're told they have disabilities. Also, the "nasty face" was how the person I was with smiles at strangers- she tries her best. I shouldn't have to tell an employee someone has disabilities for them to stop angrily confronting customers.
