My daughter got rear ended by a lady in Kettering and the Police sent her car to Sandy's towing. They are nothing but con artists as well as rude. If you ever get into a wreck and the police call Sandy's towing.. REFUSE IT AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. All you will get in an empty bank account and rude service. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. Please beware of this business...

Driver went through my yard to pick up a car at another location. Left ruts and possibly damaged sidewalk and curb. When confronted he all but said FU.

I just spoke with "Kathy" who works for the call center (Moraine/Dayton) and was able to help me so quickly and professionally, that I discontinued my "on hold" calls with rival companies. I had a lot of personal customizations that baffled (literally) every other business I called and Kathy handled it so well and smoothly that I was void of words. When you need to find a company that will handle the towing problems you are unsure of.. Sandy's is your NUMBER ONE go to and I know from experience, Kathy will make your professional problems disappear

Called for services three times in a month. They are fast and reliable with smooth communication. I was not at the pickup spot or the destination, and Sandy’s Towing took good care of them at a reasonable price.

Emergency tow at 12:30 in the morning, they were there in under a half an hour and Chris was super nice and very helpful. I didn't end up needing a tow so they didn't charge me and the guy still made sure I got home safe(I was only about 100 ft from my house). I will recommend them to everyone I know. They made a really horrible night much better, I wish I could give them more stars.

I've used them in the past. They're good, but pricey. Overall not a bad second option to Centerville Towing.

DO NOT USE THERE SERVICES !!! Their customer service is abhorrent … my vehicle was towed from Marine, I emptied as much as I could out of the vehicle. The driver was great on scene. And that is where their service ends, I was sent to Chicago on a medical emergency sitting in a hospital and they are requiring me to send over a letter with notary stamp so my daughter to go pick up the rest of my things … through all my phone calls, talking to different people, following the instructions, which don’t work, and their lack of empathy for an extenuating circumstance. Finally had to get a hold of my insurance company. They are allowing my daughter to go to the lot they are towing towing it to and they’re gonna put everything in a bag for me. They have been the most difficult people to work with I have ever had experience with horrible.Service: Car towing

No communication, very rude. I understand things take time and given pick up times are estimated. But they take your number to keep you updated while you’re waiting on the side of the road. They bypassed me twice to pick up other vehicles with no phone call, no update, no apology, nothing. Extremely rude and argumentative. Disappointing all around, not the kind of service you want when you’re stranded.Service: Car towing

My husband and I were coming home this evening on 675 south then were going onto I75 north. A Sandy's towing truck had zipped past us before we got to the on ramp onto I75 (going quite over the speed limit). As we approached the curve/ramp to go onto I75 north, the tow truck was slowing way down, suddenly he puts these huge bright lights (think football field on Friday night) on that nearly blinded my husband who was driving! The lights were all at the back of his truck. He was there for a car that had gone off the road and in the grassy raveen. Turning on blinding lights to the REAR of his truck were not necessary. You nearly caused us to have an accident! He wasn't even close to the point of stopping for the car there yet which was off road and to his right side. I don't know who your driver was but not impressed. I would have gotten a truck number but was too blinded to see anything. : /
