  I recently visited Senses with my elderly aunt. The store is always immaculate and the staff couldn't have been nicer. I have been going to this store for years. I always find fun and unique gifts.

  This is a great store . . . very upscale products. Friendly staff always greets me as I come in and ask if they can help me find something. I absolutely love it and usually find great presents for friends and family.

  I went into this store before reading all these horrible reviews. I walked in and there and there was popcorn everywhere on the floor, not to mention, it smelled so gross. I will never be returning and you shouldn't either. It's not worth your time. I was hoping to buy a bag or candle, but the prices were through the roof. And they looked like something you could find and the dollar store for 50 cents. Also, the service was so rude and mean. This lady told me I wasn't freaking allowed to sit on this couch to look at a catalog because "it wasn't a hang out place." But if your not allowed to sit then why is there a couch????!!!!! In conclusion, I would never go back and that mean lady is putting out a horrible image for the company. If it was possible I would give them 0 stars, but sadly the minimum is 1. So take my advise DON'T go there.

  My friends and I were on the couch looking through a catalog and looking at Christmas decor and were kicked out by a rude saleswoman and were told "This isn't a hangout place, perhaps you would be more co at the Orange Leaf." This is awful staff behavior and horrible customer service I will not be coming back to a store with sassy and rude employees. The store carries very nice stuff and I was interested in getting some presents for my nieces and nephews but the mouth on that lady had changed my opinion on the store and I will not be coming back.😡

  The staff at this place are rude and absolutely disgusting. My daughter and her friends were at the store shopping for Christmas presents. She came out of the store close to tears and told me she and her friends were kicked out and told to go to Orange Leaf. I am outraged and if I knew the name of the woman who did this I would give her a piece of my mind. Who in their right mind would kick 3 young girls out of a store who were doing no wrong. I can't even imagine why that lady felt the need to embarrass the girls like that. That lady represents the store and she is NOT putting out a good image. Someone like that doesn't deserve a job that is totally unprofessional and need to work on her people skills.

  I sat down to tie my shoe and I was kicked out because “it wasn't a lounge area”, why put a couch there then? The staffs behavior against their costumers is every rude and I wouldn't recommend sitting on their couch to tie your shoe! I was even planning on buying a bag but I was kicked out before I could buy the bag (which was overpriced like everything in the store).

  I love this store! I can always find a gift for a friend or something fun for myself. Must see the Lenny and Eva jewelry and Waxing Poetic. Now carrying a larger selection of clothing and purses. Enjoy the store, owner and staff so much I joined the team!

  Wonderful things with an excellent staff, shopping is a pleasant experience. They have troll beads and chains, hand made in Norway, all sterling silver, so beautiful.
