Well, there's a little bit of everything there, but a racist lady works there, we wanted to buy some drinks and she asked us for AD, but when I checked that we were from this country, she refused to sell us what we wanted.

They don't give posted discounts and when u say something they act like robots and say if it not in computer nothing I can do. While the worker did seem a little slow she didn't even try to get to the bottom of it. Do better Shell. FYI my fuel bill is 3200 a month there. I wonder if QT honors there prices cause God knows there fuel is cheaper.

Always clean and well stocked when I stop by in the middle of the night, which can be rare with gas stations anymore. Quick checkout, no complaints!

This Shell has the best ‘gas station coffee’ I have ever had. I drive this way when coming up from Cincinnati quite often & always stop here for a fresh cup of joe. The coffee area is clean and well stocked with all the things to doctor up my cup. Thank you!!

During this latest winter storm, my car got a flat tire on southbound 75 and I was a sitting duck at a dangerous part of the highway. A good samaritan tow driver had towed me off the highway to safety at the shell. I explained the situation to the staff and wrote a note for the owner. While state farm has been doing their due diligence to get the car towed off the lot, the owner has been absolutely amazing about the situation. Thank you for being very understanding.

Thank You for opening early. I left for Indiana after visiting this neighborhood, very early last week. And I was so happy to see this gas station, nice, and bright, with a good gas price, just before taking the ramp into the Interstate I 75. ... MANY THKS to SHELL and the OWNER.

If you want good service and nice workers, DO NOT go here. They do have a couple of nice see you next Tuesdays. If you like to be talked to rudely and feel like you are an absolute burden, you've found your spot. No stars to give.

I just want to say thank you to Nathan I believe his name was at the Shell station on Stanley the weather was so awful tonight like snow came out of nowhere in the middle of April and I went to get some gasoline and Diesel and he said to me I will help you I'll go ahead and help your niece before you while you're getting your gas because I was putting it in 5 gallon cans he has to help me and that was so very nice how long has it been since someone's actually pumps your gas for you thank you for not making me stand out in the cold as long as it would have taken

The reason I gave 1 star is I noticed 2 customers in there without masks on and not 1 employee said anything to them. Not only that but an employee putting stock on the floor wasn't wearing one either. I see you've had this complaint before and still have not taken care of the situation. I will not be returning to your location as I feel your place is putting others lives in danger.

The employees nor the manager don't wear masks at all at this location while the mask mandate is in effect. Thanks for endangering others idiots. Shell has not done anything after complaining. Already notified Dayton Health department.
