This is the most convenient gas station for me and it's always cheaper than others, but there are no locking levers on the nozzels so you have to stand out in the cold and hold the handle down to pump your gas. For the longest time I thought they were all broken, but I was told they're made like that on purpose. I will find somewhere else to get gas for the winter.

I called to see if I had lost my bank card the man was very very rude. Told me no and hung up, didn't even ask when I would have left it or nothing. I called back and he told me he didn't have time for this. I go here often, but now I will no longer give them my business. The owners and workers need to learn customer service skills.

It's where I always stop and get my gas or my convenient needs it's a great place to go sometimes you got to pedalers out there asking you for money but that's any work cuz there's so many homeless people in the world I try to make sure I always have something to give them they're always pretty nice to you for the area it's in it's the best gas station in the town I'll Trust their gas better than anybody else's gas in my automobile

terrible experience with the cashier woman today at around 1130am there was one woman running the register and food area, i approached the counter and stood there for a minute while i waited for her to very slowly and non-chalantly make her way to the register. I asked her about one of the products on the shelf behind her and she very rudely and in a fashion that made me feel like i was a nuisance to her very existence, said "the who?" I just walked out and told the other employee they need to train their front end employees. will never do business with someone that treats me like garbage. im white and she was black

I just left now I don't live far so this is like my neighborhood. I normally go early in the AM or more towards the evening.. now those people that work them hours are nice..however the ones in there today was very rude and dismissive. No answered my question in fact 1 person threw his hand up and walked away... sad because his is in a predominantly black neighborhood and I know for a fact we the reason they open. I go in there faithful and cash money. So maybe I'll think twice now

Changed the pump price before changing the sign and then argued as if ohio law doesn't state to change sign pricing before changing the pumps. POS customer service

Right now their gas is 51 cents more than most gas stations, the cost is 339 not 390. Always trying to rip people off because no one reports them
