I don't ever do this but I'm fed up. Get off your phone and be polite to your customers. Dude couldn't be bothered to help me. Everyone is just terrible now. I could've forgiven all of that but when I said thanks, man...Just a dumb stare. Not going here anymore. Great job.

I locked myself out of my car on Sunday while getting gas. The clerks were so very helpful. They lent me their phone so I could make numerous calls trying to get help. They offered me water and a place to sit while I awaited help. Thanks so much!!!!

I bought a drink that was advertised .99 and it rung up at $1.09. I’m not concerned about the 10 cents, but the way the employee handled my inquiry about it.
“Sometimes the prices are messed up.”
What? Well, fix it. If it’s posted a certain price, you can’t jack up the price at the checkout. You have to honor the price marked.
“I don’t want to get in trouble.” What? For obeying the law? I’m sure you won’t get into any trouble when the city stops by to investigate your incorrect pricing.
10 cents and a quick “sorry about that” would have taken care of it. Instead, have fun with the city AG, Licensure department, etc.
And I’ll be going across the street for drinks and gas in the future. #nocustomerservice

Stopped to get gas in a hurry and the pump malfunctioned and wouldn't let me take my credit card out. I wasn't able to get gas and had to go in and out of the store 3 times requesting help retrieving my card from the pump reader. The attendant was helpful but had to use pliers to rip my card out of the pump reader. I think they need to update/replace their pumps. Hopefully my card isn't locked or damaged and had to find gas elsewhere. Won't be purchasing gas here anymore.

The cashiers seem to have a sense of not touching the lip area of the drink cans when scanning the bar code. Not sure if this was part of training, but I hope they keep this up for all their emplpyees.

I got the pleasure of meeting Tasha(sp?) as my cashier last week. Her kindness and energy are infectious, she is an angel, and I was so grateful for her hug & prayers❤️❤️ More people like her are needed in this world!

I don't understand this place. If you're not going to be open, don't leave all the lights on. This is the only gas station on my commute home and half the time it's not even open anymore.The dudes car that works here is literally sitting out front but the place is locked up. He's sitting behind the counter just watching people come up to the door and try to get in.
