NOT actually “open 24 hours.” I’ve showed up twice in the 4-5am hour on my way to work and the doors were locked with no employee in sight. So, I’m taking this to mean they either can’t keep people, or lied about their actual hours.

I've went to this Shell for many years. I was sickened to see how the new manager is behaving. Raising your voice and acting aggressively for no reason is a terrible way to retain customers or bring in new ones. I understand this man is probably struggling, but the terrible attitude is inexcusable. Hopefully this store gets it together fast and brings in a new manager before they ruin their reputation beyond repair.

Waste of time if u trina get gas . I kid you not u will be moving pump to pump to get gas of ur card. Unless u walk in everytime. Cmon Shell fix up your pumps. More than half of them don’t even take credit cards. World is moving fast but you r getting slower and slower . Need speedway here tbh

Used to be my go to gas up spot near home. However the new staff is terrible. Multiple times I have gone to the register and they have ignored what I am saying and then make exasperated sighs when they have to correct the order on the register, since they ignored me. Today I was charged for gas I never received, and the only help i got was a disinterested shrug with a "i dont know maybe it already charged back to your card." Shell is still my go to gas, but I will find another location to go to.
